Research On Factors Influencing Knowledge Sharing Of Industry Technology Innovation Alliance

With the accelerated pace of technological development, most companies are facing the changes of competitive environment. On the one hand, companies have to be dependent on the knowledge development and the knowledge growth; on the other hand, competition has become the competition among alliance from the competition among companies, by the own strength of companies alone, it is difficult to win in the competition. To establish Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance is an important form of alliance, it can help the members share knowledge to increas the level of innovation. On the basis of existing research, this study investigated the factors that affect Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance knowledge sharing to provide theoretical guidance for Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance Knowledge Sharing bv empirical research.Knowledge sharing is to promote the integration of knowledge resources among Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance members; it’s the key of technological innovation. In the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance, the effects of knowledge sharing among alliance members are not very good, but in the literature of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance knowledge sharing, the research of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance on knowledge sharing is not much, especially the lack of the local study in China. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, this study carried out research in three areas:firstly, how the subject factor Guanxi influences Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing, the subject factor includs reciprocity, face and emotion. The empirical results show that, reciprocity, face and emotion play a positive role in industrial technology innovation alliance knowledge sharing. Secondly, how the influencing factors from the object aspect including knowledge complexity, fuzziness and independence influence industrial technology innovation alliance knowledge sharing are studied. The empirical results show that, the knowledge complexity and fuzziness have positive roles, and the independence has negative effect on industrial technology innovation alliance knowledge sharing; Lastly, the mediator between Guanxi(reciprocity, face and emotion) and Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing are studied, The empirical results indicate that contract utilization have the negtive role beeween Guanxi(reciprocity, face and emotion) and Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing, perceived unfairness have the negtive effect beeween Guanxi(reciprocity, face and emotion) and Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing.The novelties of this study are:(1) identify and verify the effect of the Chinese variable Guanxi in the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance and find that three dimensions of reciprocity, face and emotion have positive effect on industrial technology innovation alliance knowledge sharing, added Chinese elements culture to the theory of knowledge sharing which build up as Western culture.(2) to identify and validate the effect of knowledge complexity, fuzziness Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing, enrich the study of factors affecting knowledge sharing.(3) to explorate the moderated effect of contract utilization and perceived unfairness between Guanxi(reciprocity, face and emotion) and Industrial Technology Innovation Aalliance knowledge sharing, enrich the study of factors affecting knowledge sharing and find out the conditions make Guanxi(reciprocity, face and emotion) paly greater role in knowledge sharing.
