Research On The Influence Factors Of Tacit Knowledge Sharing In Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,as a new mode of cooperation between industry,University and research,its rapid development at the same time,its knowledge sharing,especially the tacit knowledge sharing problem also highlights.The purpose of this study is to research the theory of knowledge sharing,strategic alliance,the main character recognition of industry technology innovation strategic alliance,combined with the actual industrial development needs to explore the influence factors of knowledge sharing,the sharing of the tacit knowledge sharing of the industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances,and ultimately to the development of knowledge industry technology innovation strategic alliance sharing activities to provide a reference,the actual operation,to a certain extent,the purpose of the guidance system.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance theory,knowledge sharing theory,aims to provide a solid theoretical foundation for this research,in order to be based on the existing theory with practice to build a theoretical framework of the thesis.This paper studies the tacit knowledge sharing of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance,and analyzes the factors of knowledge sharing based on the theory of transaction cost.Finally,through the empirical analysis conclusions of different factors on knowledge sharing level factors are discussed,think in tacit knowledge,alliance on knowledge sharing incentive,subject to absorptive capacity,knowledge sharing subject and the expected return rate of knowledge,the protection system of the alliance and knowledge sharing trust between the two sides have a significant impact on knowledge sharing,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
