With the global knowledge economy booming, knowledge becomes businessesand organizations to gain competitive advantage critical resources and raises astrategic position in sustainable development of the national economy. It plays a moreimportant role in the sustainable development of human society. In response to thecomplex process of international market environment, companies have realized thatonly by virtue of a single enterprise production and management of resources isdifficult to obtain sustained survival, while development of the modern worldeconomy requires complementary resources cooperation between economic entities.Since the1990s, Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance as a new CooperativeMode becomes innovative enterprises to improve efficiency and gain a competitiveadvantage in key ways. More and more companies acquire knowledge sharing andtransfer through the Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance to improve the abilityof enterprises and create value. Greater competitive advantage is won, whilevalue-added of capital, talent and technology are produced.Based on the current domestic and foreign literature study, we find thatknowledge transfer in china starts late, while the level of research also remainedmostly on theoretical concept and analysis of the factors influencing knowledgetransfer. However, the quantitative and simulate study about dynamic behavior of theknowledge transfer in Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance from complexsystems perspective are rarely. Firstly, this thesis presents the research background,significance and research innovation through the literature review and summaries thebasic meaning of knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer and Industrial TechnologyInnovation Alliance connotation and basic theoretical research of knowledge transfervalue added, while sums up the general process and influencing factors of knowledgetransfer value added of industrial Technology Innovation Alliance. Secondly, on thisbasis, we establish the evaluation model of influencing factors which in the process ofthe achievement of value added in the knowledge transfer system and identify the keyfactors. Based on the factors affecting the mathematical analysis, we build amathematical model of knowledge transfer value added of Industrial TechnologyInnovation Alliance and adjust parameters using computer software C++programming. Computer programming language running on the operating conditions are different parameters of the simulation is described. Finally, empirical studies aretaken based on questionnaire and survey results are analyzed using SPSS statisticalsoftware. Performance Evaluation of knowledge transfer in Industrial TechnologyInnovation Alliance is studied based on the results of relevant variables.
