Research On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Information Multiple Criteria Group Decision Making Method Under Weight Completely Unknown Environment

With the development of science economic and technology, the multi-criteria group decision making theory and its method is widely used in the field of management decisions in 1980 s. However, in the situation of the diverse type of information that is complex and dynamic changes, how to develop reasonable weighting mechanisms; how to integrate individual decision making information; how to deal with a variety of mixed data types; and how to obtain dynamic decision making rules from the information changing in time. All of these have become the focus and difficult problem in the field of management decisions. Give consideration to the decision makers’ subjective flexible management, the intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory is introduced into the multi-criteria group decision making progress, build a series of decision making model under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and give the appropriate sensitivity analysis method. The decision making method has been successfully applied to the actual supplier selection decision problem. In this paper, our research focusing on the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making theory and propose its method from two aspects of decision factor weighting and information aggregation rules. We conduct the research step-by-step, from the individual decision making to group decision making, from the single data type to the mixed data types, from the static situation to the dynamic situation. Main contents of the research and innovation are as follows.(1) The distance measure of the intuitionistic fuzzy sets may bring information confuse, so we introduced the correlation coefficient theory of the intuitionistic fuzzy sets into the multi-criteria decision making, and proposed a new multi-criteria decision making method based on intuitionistic fuzzy correlation coefficient in order to reduce the loss of information. And to compare this method with the method based on distance measure of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Build the nonlinear programming model of sum of total deviation between alternatives and ideal solution to determine the objective criteria weights. In the perspective of intuitionistic fuzzy similarity measure proposed the multi-criteria decision making method for single data intuitionistic fuzzy information.(2) We constructed the correlation coefficient standard deviation of the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers model to determine the criteria weights, which could solve the lack of the correlation of criteria and redundancy. We expand the correlation coefficient standard deviation of the real number for multi-criteria decision making method to the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. The numerical experiments demonstrated that the method effectively eliminated the impact of criterion co-linearity in decision making results.(3) Taking into account the actual economic problem is mixed variety of data types, with conflicting and non-commensurable criteria. This paper proposed a hybrid VKIOR intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making method to deal with the subjective evaluate ratings taking the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The trust function model and the minimum deviation nonlinear optimization model were constructed based on the decision matrix, under the weight information completely unknown, to determine the weights of decision makers and the weights of decision criteria. The decision method was proposed based on the original decision making information. Numerical experiments were compared the effect of the decision making based on the hybrid VIKOR model and TOPSIS model. Sensitivity analysis was conducted to evaluate the influence of criteria weights’ small perturbation. The hybrid VIKOR model is more suitable for mixed type multi-criteria intuitionistic fuzzy group decision making. And it is demonstrated in three dimensions of the theoretical analysis, numerical experiment, and sensitivity analysis.(4) A dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy decision making method is proposed to deal with the evaluate ratings come from multi-stage. From the point of view how to find a reasonable and effectively way to objectively determine the weight information based on the individual decision matrix, A multi-stage dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making method was proposed while the alternative sets and criterion sets were unchanged, evaluate values were changed in time. And put forward a series of new dynamic decision approach. Numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis results showed that the new method not only improved the efficiency of decision making, but also make the decision making process more intuitive and simple.(5) Supplier selection is a classical multi-criteria group decision making problem. Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the decision making process, it is difficult to use the exact number to express the decision maker’s subjective judgment information. Using the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is a flexible measure to characterize the decision makers’ s subjuective evaluation information. The criteria system over the supplier selection problem was built through literature statistical methods. We build the decision making model from two perspectives of static environment and dynamic environment. The theoretical results of this study are applied to the actual decision making.
