Incomplete Information Of Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods And Applied Research

There are a great many of Multi-criteria Decision-making (MCDM) problems in the social life and economic activities, such as the evaluation of regional investment environment, partner selection in enterprise, bidding, the evaluation of projects, logistics center etc. As decision-maker has limited knowledge construction and time, and the decision-making problem itself is fuzzy and uncertain, it is common that the information of the weight coefficients of decision-makers and criteria is incomplete and the criteria values are uncertain or incomplete in many fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making problems in practice, so it is significant and meaningful to do some researches on the theory and methods of the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making problems with incomplete certain information. This paper has researched a few types of such problems, and corresponding models have been constructed and then worked out on the basis of the latest optimization theory and optimizing algorithms. And the details are as follows:(1) A decision model is constructed, then translated into non-linear programming and worked out using Genetic Algorithm for the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making, in which the criteria weights are incomplete; the fuzzy assessment grades are dependent on each other and different for different criteria, and the criteria values are linguistic values or crisp numbers or trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the ranking of alternatives is attained finally.(2) Multi-criteria decision-making models based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are researched. Models are constructed for the multi-criteria decision-making problems with certain or uncertain weights of criteria and the criteria values in the forms of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers based on extension of the theory of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. For the MCDM problems with certain weights of criteria, the decision information is aggregated to fuzzy integrated information using the aggregation operators on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy number, and then the ranking of alternatives is attained by comparing the fuzzy integrated information of each alternative. For the MCDM problems with uncertain weights of criteria, programming and TOPSIS method are proposed. A linear programming model about the criteria weights is created and worked out to get the optimum weights coefficient in the two methods, and then the ranking of alternatives is attained by comparing the interval of expected values and the relative closeness to the ideal solution respectively.(3) Multi-criteria decision-making models based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy judgment matrices are researched. The definition, operators and characters are introduced at first, and then the decision model based on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy judgment matrices and the group decision model with certain or uncertain information of the decision-makers' weights, decision information in the forms of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy judgment matrices are constructed. For the former one, the information of decision matrices is aggregated using weighted arithmetic aggregation operator and the ordered weighted arithmetic aggregation operator on intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy judgment matrices, and then the ranking of alternatives are attained by comparing the extension to which one alternative excels another. And for the latter, the weights' vector of decision-makers is assured by some method, and preference information of each decision-maker is aggregated to get integrated evaluation information, then the extension to which one alternative excels another is attained by aggregating the integrated evaluation information using the ordered weighted arithmetic aggregation operator, the ranking of alternatives is attained finally.
