Following the reorganization of telecom industry and the issuance of 3G licenses in 2009, MIIT issued 4G licenses to China mobile, China Unicom and Telecom on December 4th, and the whole mobile internet industry will usher in a new climax. Because of the huge spending of 4G technology from Mobile operators, the 4G consumption enters into the living space of ordinary consumers. Meanwhile, the demand of consumers diversified and individualizes makes Mobile operators provide more value-added services for consumers. In a word, the change of market environment and consumer demand makes market competition of value-added products intense. On the other hand, large market demand of value-added products makes the service providers expanding. Terminal equipment providers and service providers begin to longitudinal extension of the supply chain. The integration of telecommunications industry and other industries is reinforced. The delicate competition relationship between enterprises makes telecom supply chain more complicated in 3G,4G era. How to coordinate the relationship between the members of the supply chain will be the key to their success or failure. And it is significant to discuss how Mobile operators deal with the supply chain competition and choose the proper way to cooperate with service providers in order to obtain greater profits.Based on this, telecom supply chain model with value-added service is constructed in this paper, and we research coordination problems between the telecom supply chain members combined with game theory, economics theory. The main contents are concluded as follows:Firstly: the demand of consumers diversified and individualizes makes the service providers expanding in the age of 4G. Based on this, we study the telecom value-added service chain with one telecom operator and multi service providers providing different value-added service products. And the Shapley value method is used to research distribution of profits among members of the supply chain under league game mechanism, and the optimal strategies are obtained through strict theoretical proof. Finally, the conclusions are further illustrated through numerical examples. The results show that:the profit of supply chain with value-added services is minimum under independent decision making situations; minor league decision can improve the profit of supply chain, but minor league is very unstable; using the Shapley value method is relatively more stable, the major league is relatively more stable, and makes the profit of supply chain members increased, realizes the coordination of supply chain.Secondly:based on the complexity of today’s telecom supply chain and the lack of related research, this paper builds the telecom supply chain model with multiple operators and single service provider. The Mobile operators are responsible for the promotion of the products. And the Shapley value method is used to research distribution of profits among members of the supply chain under league game mechanism, and the optimal strategies are obtained through strict theoretical proof. Finally, numerical examples from market demand mutation and the change of propaganda effect coefficient are given to analyze the coordination case of supply chain profit, provide a good idea for telecom value-added service supply chain operations and management.Thirdly:in today’s market environment, service providers learn from the Internet enterprise’s business model to obtain more profits. Based on this, we build telecom value-added service supply chain model considering advertising factors, and computes it by the model of Stackelberg and asymmetry Nash negotiation. The optimal strategies are obtained through strict theoretical proof. Finally, numerical examples from market demand mutation and cooperation pattern changes are given to analyze the coordination case of supply chain profit. The results show that:the cooperative mechanism based on asymmetry Nash negotiation model is more optimizing than Stackelberg model, and realize the coordination of supply chain.Fourthly:Based on the phenomenon of customized machine binding value-added services, we build telecom service supply chain considering terminal sales factors, and the demand of the value-added products is related to the terminal sales. We analyze it by the model of Stackelberg and asymmetry Nash negotiation. The optimal strategies are obtained through strict theoretical proof. The conclusions show that the cooperative mechanism based on asymmetry Nash negotiation model is more optimizing. Finally, numerical examples compares the coordination results of the potential demand changes. And show the equipment provider profit trend along with the change of words power using the graphic image. Corresponding policies and Suggestions has a certain practical significance for guiding the operation management of telecom supply chain.Fifthly:With the development of mobile internet, service providers can directly contact to the user, and mobile operator and service providers exist in the complicated competition cooperation relations about the product sales channels. Based on this, this paper builds the double channel telecom supply chain. We use unilateral pay transfer mechanism for coordination between the channels, and the optimal strategies are obtained through strict theoretical proof. Finally, numerical examples from channel demand distribution factor changes and cooperation pattern changes are given to analyze the coordination case of supply chain profit. The results show that:the transfer payment function in mechanism could encourage service providers and mobile operator to make decision from global optimum perspective, and the fixed transfer payment could distribute the system profit caused by coordination fairly.
