Analysis Of Telecom Industry Supply Chain And Study On Supply Chain Coordination Of Mobile Internet Service

Since 1980s, along with the revolution of the information technology and the globalization of the economy, the telecom industry has changed dramatically, and it's the industry which grows most rapidly and has most potential. However, after the deep reform of telecom system and the open of telecom market, more telecom operators participate in competition, and with the growth of economy and enhancement of living, consumers' demand on communication service become multi-layer. As a result, operators cannot survive easily just taking advantage of their network resource. Telecom industry chain extends transversely and lengthways continually, hence telecom industry is required to manage and make decision with new ideas and concepts of supply chain management (SCM).This paper defines supply chain and SCM first, and then analyzes the telecom supply chain. At last, from supply chain coordination's point of view, aimed at mobile internet service, the author tries to analyze the relationship of the network capacity, product price and the cost and profit of telecom supply chain, and how to set the parameter in this model to coordinate and optimize the profit of the supply chain.
