Study On Appropriate Operation Scale And Realization Route Of Household-farm

While agricultural modernization has entered an advanced stage in China, a clear research object was been needed. Which not only adapt to the requirements of the development of rural productivity in this new period, but also improve the international competitiveness of agricutural industry. This paper suggest that, those countries has realized the agricultural modernization, household-farm is one of the important way to develop modern agriculture. However, China is a country with vast territory, diverse types of agricultural production, economic and social development imbalance. Thus, those factors determines that the appropriate operation scale and realization route of household-farm is not the same.From the perspective of economics, the appropriate scale management of household-farm is an inevitable result of the adjustment of the production relations with the productivity, and it is one of the important organizational forms to promote the development of agriculture. It not only caused a serious problem like arable land insufficient and fragmentation, but also caused the food security pressure. In order to makes labor and land resource allocation ratio tends to be more reasonable. Followed market demand, fit with the route requirements of new period "synchronous" (i.e. industrialization, urbanization, information technology, modern agriculture, green), which meet the needs of the domestic market, increase the income of household-farmers, and improve household-farmers’ life etc. Through this research, those results are obtained:(1) The concept of appropriate scale household-farms is fuzzy, the standard is not unified. So, the basis theories are scale economy theory, resources endowment theory and institutional change theory was been used. Which combined with the actual, it based on the analysis of appropriate household-farm scale’s input and output calculation, the analysis of the regional differences. Then, proposed and appropriate scale management of Chinese household-farm development constraints, which combined with the operation mechanism and influencing factors of refined and summarized, and the appropriate scale of operation of the household-farm development present situation analysis. In the end, proposed for the development path of the appropriate scale management of household-farm in China.(2) Using C-D production function establishment of Southern and Northern Jiangsu agricultural input-output model, summary and comparing on those household-farms operating scale of agricultural land and its characteristics; then, analysis and discussion of the specific characteristics of the Southern and Northern two household-farm. Finally, the scientific and accurately determination of appropriate scale of operation in southern Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu household-farm is defined in the standard, give a specific standard critical value range and interval.(3) Refine the regional resource endowments, technical condition, level of management, and the other factors. Study on the modern agricultural management mode and its requirements of land management scale. Analysis land scale management factors and regional factors. First of all, to domestic related research areas of household-farm size systematically; secondly, to carry out the analysis and calculation of the difference of quantization on different areas of the household-farm to build an appropriate scale, analyzing the relationship model between the household-farm scale, theory basis and practical support for the scale of household-farms; finally, according to the level of natural condition, urbanization, mechanization, the management ability by rural labor, and other factors, this paper was explored the influence factors of different regions of the household-farm in appropriate scale operation.(4) Analysing appropriate scale management of household-farm operation mechanism, and the following problems was been discussed. For example, the land fragmentation segmentation, the agricultural infrastructure investment insufficiency, the land circulation is not standard, the rural human resources are scarce and agricultural service system is not perfect etc. This study finally surpose the path to realize approroprate scale of household-farm management in China.
