Research On Financial Support Of Animal Husbandry Development In Jilin Province

The animal husbandry is an important and fundamental industry of the national economy,which involves the development of national economy and people’s livelihood. Animal husbandry is the main content of modern agriculture, but also a main way to increase income of peasants. Animal husbandry is the industry which has a long chain. Forward, it may be associated with planting, intermediate closely related to processing industry, and backward it cannot live without support of circulation and service industry. The optimization of developing animal husbandry is essential to ensure national food security, modify the industrial structure,maintain the health of customers, increase the income of peasants, and promote the rural even whole national economic growth. At present, the animal husbandry of Jilin province has become the main pillar of the rural economic development. It can be said that the animal husbandry of Jilin province is under transformation from tradition mode to modern mode. But the financial support for the development of animal husbandry is obviously insufficient, so it still exists the obstacles when the financial resources are injected into the development of animal husbandry. How to solve the financial dilemma of animal husbandry development in Jilin province is particularly important.Under this background, this paper takes financial industry of Jilin province, rural finance problem and economy of animal husbandry as the object of study,combining the methods of literature analysis, field research method, case analysis method, econometric analysis method and comparative analysis method, to discuss the problem of financial support to animal husbandry development. The main research contents of this paper are as following: First of all is the objective evaluation of the characteristics of the development of animal husbandry in Jilin province and the general situation of financial support. Taking the analysis of stage and development environment of China and Jilin Province animal husbandry as an important background, specific research on current situation is done, which is about the development of the animal husbandry of Jilin Province, the existed problems, the main development features of animal husbandry in big animal husbandry County by the index of share ratio and growth rate of animal husbandry. From the perspective of rural financial system, the financial development supporting level to animal husbandry in Jilin Province is objectively evaluated by taking the analysis of development situation and financial innovation methods of Jilin Province finance supporting animal husbandry. The second one is specific analysis the financial situation of supply and demand in Jilin Province animal husbandry. Through the actual survey of some financial institutions and animal husbandry enterprises, combining with the data provided bythe actual department of animal husbandry development in Jilin Province, the Systematic research of capital supply and demand situation of the development of animal husbandry in Jilin Province is done. Thirdly, it’s to empirically test the relationship between development of animal husbandry and financial support, using Jilin province animal husbandry value addition and financial letter as the number of economic indicators. By building up VAR model and quantitative analysis method, it’s to empirically research the relationship between Jilin Province financial development and growth of animal husbandry, to find out whether there is a causal relationship between them. Taking the pig industry as an example, using the proportion of live pig industry’s scale, financial credit, fiscal subsidies etc. as index, it’s to further establish the grey correlation model. It’s also to test whether the development of financial industry has a certain effect on the scale of Industrial Development. Fourth, it’s to deeply discuss the difficulties and causes of Jilin Province financial support in the development of animal husbandry. The rural financial market, the development of animal husbandry in Jilin province and some other subjective and objective factors hinder the financial tilt to the animal husbandry channel. The causes of the obstacles between them are also inhibited because of suppression of demand supply. In addition, the policy factor is the objective existence. The fifth point is the detailed interpretation of the policy and experience pattern of domestic and foreign financial support for the development of animal husbandry. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign financial support for the development of animal husbandry policy, it’s to summarize the advanced practice and experience mode of all regions, in order to provide reference and inspiration for the development of animal husbandry in Jilin province. The last point is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of financial support to promote the development of animal husbandry in Jilin Province.Through a comprehensive analysis of the content and objective judgments, this paper figures out the problems. Finally, the main conclusions are drawn as follows: Firstly, animal husbandry of Jilin province has entered a new stage of transformation. From the stage of development of animal husbandry in Jilin province and its characteristics, we can see that the development level of animal husbandry in Jilin province is higher than the national average,and processes rapidly. Current situation features show that the animal husbandry in Jilin Province has entered a special period from the traditional mode to standard mode and standardization. Secondly, the animal husbandry developments in Jilin province and financial support have positive relationship. This paper takes an empirical analysis on financial support for economic growth and animal husbandry in Jilin Province. We can see that Jilin province’s financial development has a certain role in promoting the economic growth of animalhusbandry, but the Intensity of action is limited. In the future, the development of rural finance in Jilin province should be further promoted. By further investing the impact of financial support on the scale of the industry, we found that, financial subsidies and credit investment of animal husbandry have a positive effect on industrial scale. The role of credit investment in animal husbandry is stronger than financial subsidies. But the function of them is weak at present. Thirdly, the financial support of animal husbandry in Jilin province is developing, but there are still some difficulties. The financial predicament of the development of animal husbandry in Jilin province is mainly due to that the financial needs of the development of animal husbandry can’t be completely satisfied. This is not only the suppression in financial supply factors, but there are also problems of suppressed demand. The common existence of them have led to that the development of animal husbandry is difficult to meet the financial needs. After research we found that the development lag of the financial service industry in Jilin province was the basic reason, the limited rural financial market supply capacity being the direct cause, some characteristics of the development of animal husbandry being its internal cause, and the absence of government policy is its institutional reasons. Fourth, Financial support plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development and transformation of animal husbandry. To give full play to financial support effect, we must carry out comprehensive reform and deepening system in the way of Improve the financial governance mechanism and incentive mechanism, improve the agricultural financial system and function, reshaping the main body of animal husbandry development, formulate livestock financial policy and Innovative animal husbandry financial support methods.The development of animal husbandry is the important content of agricultural modernization. And the financial support is the important factor of its transformation and upgrading. This thesis uses quantitative analysis and statistic analysis research methods to study the macro data and micro sample, and proposes the targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical conclusions and domestic and international experience. It has academic value and practical significance.
