Tibet is located in the southeast margin of the Tibetan Plateau in Western, rich in natural resources, outstanding geographic location, an important geopolitical position. Sort by area, large-scale assessment results into excellent, good, and poor: the JiuLong area, the safety of the ecological environment to excellent, good based; Luding, Danba area in both the main difference; Kangding, is Daofu ecological security for the four levels of cross-controlled areas, is extremely complex. Danba, Kangding, Luding, JiuLong, to the local ecological environment safety overload condition exists. Show that the mining activities, buffer, small watershed, a large basin are at risk linkage system, the development of mineral resources by the ecological environment and geological environment of safety evaluation is a positive correlation between the division; in the study area scale geo-ecological environment in general is safe, eco-bearing capacity, geo-ecological environment is good. Typical small-scale mining is better environmental quality of the surrounding area, water environmental quality levels for the Cleaner, mine development has little effect on the surrounding environment, mining of the effluent, emissions, tailings, waste rock and other pollutants, through the appropriate disposal control measures, on the local water, soil, crops, vegetation and does not produce significant effect on human health or harm.Correct assessment of human exploitation of resources caused by geological changes in the ecological environment, the development of resources and geological environment of risk aversion decision support, improve safety awareness of human ecology and building a harmonious society and population, resources, and environmental development of great significance. Our study area to improve the geo-ecological environment, from improving the socio-economic background, geo-ecological environment, human factors, natural environment background, the development of green mining roads and other aspects of sustainable development integrated measures.
