As an oil filed enters into its middle or latter development period, there will usually exist many increasingly problems including complicated substrata change, high water-cut, imperfect of injection-production system, inter-layer and intra-layer inconsistencies, and increase production measures effect differencing, esp. especially some measures for single well point, increased output decreasing year by year, dropping economic benefit and increased cost. In recent years, various oilfields have successively begun to carry out the integrated adjustment for high water cut reservoir. However, their study in oilfields during the middle or latter development period (involving reservoir elaborate description, analysis of development characteristics, remaining-oil distribution analysis and the treatments of increasing production, etc. ) was not all-round or unsystematic, and have formed neither new systematic integrated adjustment method nor related supporting increase production technologies. Based on a large amount of research practices of GangXi 3 district 2 faulted block reservoir in DaGang oil field, reservoir Wen 13 north, reservoir Wen 13 west, reservoir Ming 15 and reservoir PuCheng south 2+3 of ZhongYuan oil field and reservoir 6 KeXia group of Xinjiang oil field in this article. We made lots of research into reservoir elaborate description, analysis of development characteristics,, remaining-oil distribution analysis and the measures of increasing production and come into being a set of systematic methods and ideas, which has great value for improving their economic benefit and entire technology level, we gained the following main outcome through studying and application on-site:1 Summarizing the character, task, and request of reservoir description for the middle or latter development period , giving the mode and work-flow of reservoir description, giving the detailed content and the optimization & evaluation method of reservoir evaluation, and establishing recovery model by applying the auto-organization method for the first time, and gaining great practical effect;2 Summarizing the contents and methods of the development characteristic analysis, and putting forward the index system, computational method, evaluation criterion of the comprehensive evaluation of the development effect, establishing the grey clustering criteria model;3 Putting forward the conception of "vector well pattern" for the first time in domestic and international field, and based on it, establishing the vector well pattern technology, whose base is reservoir description, whose premise is maximization of reserves control, and whose purpose is to increase single-well efficiency;4 Summarizing the remaining oil distribution characters and description methods, and taking the reservoir MingYixi as an example for simulation analysis;5 Summarizing and analyzing the methods of improving the development effect and the existing problems during application, proposing blocking technique, in-depth profile control and Surfactant-flooding technique and analysis the reason of sand flow, water plugging and sand cementing technique, and putting forward the IPCS technology for the first time, i.e. in-depth profile control and surfactant-flooding technology for increasing recovery;6 ., Establishing systematically the work contents, research method, and wok-flow of the comprehensive adjustment;The application of those research conclusion applied in some oil-fields such as DaGang oil-field and ZhongYuan oil-field, etc, and created great economic profit and apparently increased the comprehensive adjustment level.
