For Chinese Passenger Dedicated Railway with High-speed,High-density, High-punctuality and High-security,Train Operation Adjustment(TOA) with Real-time required,multi-objective optimization and multi-constraint had become frontier research in the field of dispatching of Passenger Dedicated Railway.Therefore,based on reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign research results, the paper viewed TOA in the Passenger Dedicated Railway as a job-shop scheduling problem,and present the feasible strategies,model and algorithm for the local adjustment and the large scale adjustment.The research emphasis in the paper included:(1) Based on the general description,the paper one hand introduced elementary conceptions of the dispatching problem by Three-Element description,classification and characteristics,dispatching rules.On the other hand,the paper explained the modeling principle of the dispatching problem according to Integer Programming Model, Disjunctive Graph Model and Alternative Graph Model.Furthermore,the paper illuminated the substance and origin of TOA, showed the design of it's scheme.(2) The paper defined the category and the adjustment category, of train, restorable delay and the local adjustment, not restorable delay and the large scale adjustment, then, researched the strategy of TOA in the Passenger Dedicated Railway according to adjustment principles and adjustment measures,emphatically illuminated that adjustment principles should include work principles for guidance and technical principles for execution, adjustment measure of stopping train applied to the large scale adjustment should deal with how to choose the train number of stopping train and the position,and how to arrange the link train, passenger interchange and motor trainset allocation after stopping train,which were interactive and involved 20 constraints.(3) The paper emphatically formulated the minimal headway time of tracing trains and buffer time in the process of running trains concerned of the TOA in the Passenger Dedicated Railway,and indicated that the minimal headway time of tracing trains was dynamic and various.Furthermore,the paper discussed the buffer time and it's applicability consisting in the train running time in a section, stopping time in the station and the tracing time of trains.(4) The paper emphatically researched the integrated model for TOA, including the model of the local adjustment and the model of the large scale adjustment. The model of the local adjustment included the objective functions of the minimizing the weighted total delay and the maximum of the punctuality,6 constraints and 7 properties. With the partial measure of train's stopping, the model of the large scale adjustment added 18 constraints and the objective function of the minimization of the total delay on the terminal station and the minimization of the total passengers's delay.It was important that the model based on the Alternative Graph Model improved the function of the Alternative Graph Model by re-defining the weight quantity by using adjustment category.(5) In order to solve the model for TOA,the paper illuminated the algorithm and design for the model of the local adjustment and the large scale adjustment in detail.(6) With introducing Chinese Train Conctol System of Passenger Dedicated Railway (CTCS-2,CTCS-3),the paper deeply researched the synergy relationship between CTCS and the model for TOA.Furthermore,based on the relationship between execution and feedback,the paper discussed the speed guidance profiles and the direction for instructing drive's adding speed.(7) With the test data between shanghai and Nanjing in the Simulation Test System of Jinghu High-speed,the paper described the simulation test system based on the model for TOA,and analyzing the adjustment result on different adjustment strategies.By simulating the local adjustment background and the large scale adjustment background,the system obtained the valuable experiment results on the different adjustment strategies.
