High-speed railway Passenger Dedicated Line whose has large capacity,high speed,short travel time and high Reliability has become an important Strategic to change the busy situation of Railway transportation, it is different from traditional railway on the service location,station setting and operating characteristics, so design of Passenger Dedicated Line operation adjustment method need Unique Concepts and ideas.In this dissertation, we investigated into the operating characteristics of Chinese high-speed railway Passenger Dedicated Line, summary adjustment strategic of Chinese high-speed railway Passenger Dedicated Line from guiding ideology,adjustment discipline and adjustment method. Based on the traditional adjustment model of Train Operation Plan, we propose the model based on the hierarchical Large Scale System Theory, make the index Weight of train group to be the control parameter, the complex multivariable nonlinear model is divided into four layer which are train layer,train group layer ,section layer and network layer, of which train layer,train group layer belong to the control layer and section layer and network layer belong to Coordination layer; In the process of Optimization, we adopt the pattern recognition Mechanism to accelerate the Optimization Algorithm. In the process of control parameter selection, we adopt mechanism of human-computer Interaction combine with the Strategic of Passenger Dedicated Line operation adjustment.A numerical example follows to test the algorithm we designed and based on the above theoretical study a simulation system was developed to test the models and the algorithms we proposed. Using the integer coding genetic algorithm to solve the Passenger Dedicated Line operation adjustment optimize model. The result indicate that the model based on hierarchical Large Scale System Theory is Feasible and the solution Algorithm is fast and good at real-time.
