How to evaluate the powder's vulnerability and make a accurate judge for it's depression are all very import problems in powder research, they have very import significance for manufacture, transportation, packing and using of powder. Because of the different shooting frequency corresponding to the different vulnerability, so using the high frequency shooting is also has necessity. At the same time it has much military and theoretical value.The achievements are as follows.Based on PLC three guns timing sequence control system is advanced by the demands of high frequency projectile impact system. A high frequency projectile impact system controling by program is designed, include launcher, rotating platform, stack, aiming system and muffler. The simulated shooting and controling are achieved, the shooting noise is also restrained, the stability and reliability are ensured.Point at the propellant is not combust adequately and the aftereffect of powder gas is evident, the bullet velocity enhancing method by increase gunpipe is advanced. The structure parameters are confirmed through computer simulating and theoretics analyse. A new launcher is designed, it's velocity satisfied all requirements of striking.The program control technology of projectile impact is researched, steadily launch and sequence control of bullet are satisfied. The hardware circuit, software are designed based on PLC, sequence control of shooting machine is achieved, shooting frequency and velocity are accord with requirements.Due to the different and the stochastic between the dynamic responding time and the transmission time of shooting machine, it's easy to make the error between the delay time of shooting machine and the delay time of controller software. The method of obtaining the delay time of controller software by experiment is advanced and proved.Based on parallel light creating technology and integrating photoelectric incept element, a huge area photoelectric velocity measurement system is developed. The effective photoelectric area is 1000×800mm2, and responding frequency is 200000 once/min. A new measurement equipment for striking examination is obtained. The calibrating method of bullet velocity and frequency measurement is advanced, the error analyse is researched, the maneuverability of this method is also expatiated. Finally the velocity, delay time, distribution, noise are checked by examination, it indicats that the capability of this system is satisfied all requirements.
