Gunnery shot accuracy evaluation is an important measure to test the ammunition performance of shooting arms. Based on the analysises of the shooting accuracy test technique available, the projectile coordinates automatic measurement technique based on laser array with high accuracy and larger light-screen target is put forward in this thesis. In order to meet the demand, the light source, optical receiver, signal processing circuit and the system software are designed in detail. The validity and feasibility are verified by the test of real gun.In this thesis, a method is proposed which used laser array and photo-diode array to get a parallel raster. When the bullet is passing through the target surface, it blocks some light beams which are horizontal or vertical. So the corresponding photo-diode can't receive the beam while the bullet through the light screen. Then the output of the photo-diode generates a pulse. Thereby, The target coordinates of the bullet can be measured through locating the light-emitting diode. In this thesis the circuit of this system is put forward, including photoelectric conversion circuit, amplified circuit, refitted circuit and signal acquisition circuit. After analyzing the passing position of the bullet, the formula for location in the target which the bullet crosses is deduced on the paper. Upper computer software which can receive the data of the location of the bullet is designed based on the software flow chart. It can also calculate coordinates through processing the data of the location in the target. After experimentation of the simulation, the upper computer software can achieve predetermined functions.The conclusion can be made that the system is feasible in reality, and the testing capability of this system can satisfy designing standard expected after experimentation on larger light-screen target system with 500mm X 10000mm.
