The circuit breakers will be placed on existing network resources , using multi-site remote monitoring technology based on network to monitor low-voltage electrical operating parameters. Through the network ,the monitoring data was send to remote monitoring host, after analysis the sampled data to realize the operation Equipment monitoring. Developed low-voltage circuit breaker remote control system based Web, the system implements communicate directly from the field devices to the management layer.The control and maintenance style of the equipment that was from the past closed management style gradually changed to open, sharing, cooperation, new Management style, ultimately, achieving to corporate control and management information seamless integration.Firstly, the priority was introducted to the fault scheduling algorithm for processing the circuit breaker failure. The fault type of circuit breaker was analyzed and identificated by using fault tree upstream method based priority. Based on the fault criticality set different priorities to fault, and giving the corresponding control information, to achieve protection of the equipment.Secondly, the load coordination technology was used between the main control unit and operating unit. Based on the fairness principle, the communication task was coordinated between the main control unit and operating unit, so that each operating unit can get timely and accuratly data processing. The operating unit priority can select by keeping load and running state of each server. The main unit and spare main unit can adjust the data processing sequence and reasonably allocate network resource according to the data processing state. Through the throughput test of data link layer, network layer and transport layer, the system service performance is good.Finaly, the data transmission delay was researched between the remote control unit and operating unit. Based on the priority difference polling, the hybrid scheduling algorithm of distributed bandwidth ratio control data transmission by time synchronization. The services quality was supported. The detection and correction error mechanism of choose and retransmission was used to the data transmission between the remote control unit and operating unit, using the request response mode, to improve the efficiency and reliability of data transmission.Through remotely control system of Low-voltage circuit breakers, professionals can remote real-time monitor the equipment operation status. The system can make judgments and projections to failure threatened, and to take effective measures to ensure the safe operation of power supply and distribution system, preventing the occurrence of fatal accidents. Using real-time monitoring of equipment can avoid production stoppages due to regular maintenance, guide the operation of the equipment necessaryly, improve the reliability of equipment operation, safety and effectiveness.
