The working medium of pure water hydraulic transmission system ap water has many advantages, such as no pollution to environment, extensive resources, low-price, safe-use, small loss of compression, low cost of system maintenance and use, and so on. The pure water hydraulic transmission technique meets the needs of human environment protection which is becoming stronger and stronger day by day. So it can be applied to extensive fields, such as metallurgical industry, underpit operation, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, sea resources exploitation, biology engineering, and so on. It is one of the top subjects in the field of fluid power transmission and control, and also an advanced technology involving many disciplines, therefore it has a bright commercial future.In this paper, pure water hydraulic gear pump was analyzed systematically in theory for the first time; the formulas of pure water hydraulic gear pump best radial clearance and best axial clearance were derived; the mathematical model was established; the dynamiroperties were analyzed; the detailed structure was discussed. On the basis of the detailed structure, a trial model was produced.In this paper, the small-sized two-way carriage valves were used in the pure water hydraulic trial system for the first time. The mathematical models of carriage overflow valve and direction control cell were set up, and their dynamic properties were analyzed, and the pure water hydraulic trial system using two-way carriage valves was designed and produced.In this paper, the trial system static and dynamic properties were studied with experiments. The experimental results indicate:wo-way carriage valve can solve the leakage and efficiency problem of pure water hydraulic systemhe velocity-load property of the entrance throttle regulation velocity circuit of the trial system is similar to the exit throttle regulation velocity circuithe exit throttle regulation velocity circuit has better low-speed properties than the entrance throttle regulation velocity circuit...
