Aiming at the problem of the acid-fracturing pump's design and manufacture, this paper develops the basic study of acid-fracturing. According to the former progeny, combined with the modern design technique and modern design-analysis software, we have accomplished the structure design and the key components' analysis. We have put up simulation calculate to the work action of the acid-fracturing pump through the establishment of system dynamic model and the applying of computer simulation, and optimized its structure making use of the NN technology, which will provide new theory and method to the study of new type acid fracturing in our country. After all, we have discovered the chief problem and its developing direction.(2) Through the study of working mechanism of acid-fracturing pump, we have wholly understood the work characteristic, movement disciplinarian and force status of the fracturing pump, which provides theoretic foundation to the structure design of pump and has important meanings to advance the level of fracturing design.(3) Through the compare to the structure and performance of inland and overseas fracturing pump and the demonstration of many design projects, we bring forward a kind of new acid-fracturing pump design project and technical parameter, which is feasible in technique and advanced in structure.(4) With the use of modern design software like Pro/E and Ansys etc and the combination between CAD and the finite element analysis the structure of new type acid-fracture pump has been drawn. On the basis of setting up new type acid- fracturing pump's 3D model, the pump structure has been optimized.(5) Through studying low temperature materials, the fluid end which can transfers low temperatureliquid such as liquid CO2 and liquid nitrogen has been worked out Also the design drawing of the fluid end has been perfected, and the integrative demand to transfer low and normal temperature medium of the new type low temperature acid-fracturing pump has been realized.(6) Fluid model of fluid end and dynamics model of drive end has been set up. On this basis, the system dynamic model has been dawn from the systemic viewpoint.
