According to the four elements of mechanical system simulation technology, the paper has set up three-dimensional entity's model of every part and finished their assembly according to its concrete constraint by utilizing the software Pro/ENGINEER at first. This has laid the foundation for the following multi-body rigid system dynamics analysis and finite element analysis concerned with its parts. Secondly, the paper has set up its motion analysis model based on the actual connection by utilizing the software Pro/MECHANICA MOTION and finished the kinematics and dynamics analysis on the crank connecting rod mechanism under specifical operating condition. Then the paper has carried on systematically finite element analysis to the structure failure part-the hub by utilizing the software Pro/MECHANICA STRUCTURE. Through analysis such as intensity analysis, dynamics response analysis and fatigue analysis, it has found that the reason for the hub' failure is that its structure is unreasonable. Although its intensity can meet its design demands, its fatigue life can't meet its design requirements. For this reason, the paper has carried out the optimization design of the hub on the basis of sensitivity analysis. It has found that the new designed hub can meet the design requests. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fracturing pump, Mechanical system simulation, Parameterized modeling Multi-body rigid system dynamics, Finite element analysis, Fatigue analysis, Structure dynamics response, Structure sensitivity analysis, Structure optimization design | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
