Thrust vector will be one of the key technology of airplane in the 21th century, and will produce most benefit for the performance of airplane. In other country, airplanes with thrust vector were tested through flight test, and it's proved that thrust vector is very useful for enhancing the performance of airplane. Fly wrap line is expanded due to thrust vector, furthermore at the condition of losing speed and larger attack angle, there are larger nonlinear air dynamic coupling than that at the condition of general flying state. So self-adaptive flight control system is need to adapt the online change model of airplane with thrust vector at different flying condition, and will be the developmental direction of flight control system for the next generation fighter with thrust vector. Self-adaptive flight control system will be used on airplane as the self-repairing flight system gradually, however the performance of this system is being tested by test-flight aboard today, and the same for our country was tested at "iron bird" at the period of "nine five", furthermore we'll study the performance of the flight system at the period often five". It will expand the function of flight control system to adapt fault for self-adaptive flight control system which is combined with self-adaptive function, and will improve the security and reliability of airplane. From above, this paper brings forward that Indirect self-adaptive flight control system with self-repair function for airplane with thrust vector can be the new flight control system of the fourth fighter in our country, which is also the main research of this paper. The task background is:"ten five" national defence in advance study item: Advanced flight control and fire control/flight control/thrust control integrated control technique.across task: Advanced flight control and key technique. The aim of this paper is:To develop the algorithms of Indirect self-adaptive flight control system with self-repair function for airplane with thrust vector, which include robust controller and adaptive identify algorithm, to satisfy the adaptive control command at larger change of airplane model condition;To develop self-repairing function based on the Indirect self-adaptive flight control system, and satisfy online reconfigurable flight control command after fault;To research the function of thrust vector as a kind of redundance effectors.As whole system, to analyze the function of Indirect self-adaptive flight control system with self-repair function for airplane with thrust vector, and to analyze the function and logic relation of each module in the new flight control system.Based on above analysis for the development trend of flight control system and for the aim of this paper, there are 6 point which is innovation and study task in this paper:1. this paper analysed the frame and characteristic of Indirect self-adaptive flight control system with self-repair function for airplane with thrust vector, and indicated the reason for using the new flight control system, and show the configuration of hardware and software to realize the new flight control system. According certain type airplane fly data at normal and fault condition, this paper deduced the movie equation and dynamic equation for airplane with thrust vector, and studied the numeric simulation plat.2. This paper brought forward using the project combining linearization method at each sampling point with receding horizon optimal algorithm, to control the nonlinear movie equation of airplane with thrust vector. This paper changed the nonlinear movie equation ofairplane with thrust vector to be the approximate linear equation, and combined actuators and flight quality model with the approximate linear equation to finish the process of online building model, then RHO algorithm was brought forward to realize nonlinear control at each sampling point, and this paper proved robust, steady and convergence performance of RHO algorithm.3. This paper brought forward using modified sequence least square algorithm(MSLS) to realize online flight identify parameters. This paper defined the frame of this algorithm and got online regress linear equations of this algorithm, at the same time, analyzed the steady, convergence and bound performance of MSLS theoretically.4. This paper brought forward the global parity space method, sensors data amalgamation method and probability theory to realize online fault detection and isolation method(FDI). Using the global parity space method, a series of remain value of load and angel acceleration were got, and the project vector and gatelimit parameters was deduced according probability theory to be used for online detection, verifier and isolation algorithm.5. This paper brought forward combing self-adaptive flight control system with FDI function to form Indirect self-adaptive flight control system with self-repair function for airplane with thrust vector, and used several flight condition to simulate to test the performance and algorithm of the new flight control system, In the end, it's proved that this flight control system was a whole, robust and convergence system.6. This paper creatively brought out the best assessment optimal method for airplane surface deployment according to the control efficiency, and use MOORE-PENROSE inversion algorithm as a tool to realize the assessment of control redundancy level, and this algorithm was validated with certain airplane data.These works will make a progress to the advanced fighter control system design.
