Distribution network fault repair is one of the key business of Power Grid Corp.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of distribution network fault repair to reduce the economic loss caused by power system fault.Taking the Hebei North Power Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper studies the factors affecting the efficiency of distribution network fault repair and the method to improve the repair efficiency.Firstly,the related theories of distribution network fault repair management and distribution network fault repair application analysis software are introduced,the related theories of distribution network fault repair management included 5S management,Lean Six Sigma management,lean production and,lean management and tools.Distribution network fault repair application software,mainly introduces the process of the basic part of network modeling,and puts forward the software based on GIS system and distribution network modeling,can effectively locate the fault,and provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of distribution network fault repair.Secondly,the basic situation of the distribution network in Hebei North Power Co.,Ltd.,distribution network fault repair point,repair personnel and repair equipment are introduced.The order index of distribution network fault repair,the process and the status of fault repair are analyzed.Then,the defects of the spare parts for the repair of failure are summarized by means of causal analysis tools,the distribution of fault repair orders in North Hebei Province is demonstrated using Pareto diagram,and the process of fault repair by means of identifying waste and causal graph analysis tools are studied,and the main factors that affect the efficiency of fault repair are revealed,including stagnation point distribution,fault location,repair personnel,repair equipment,repair processes,etc.Thirdly,according to the shortage of the existing distribution network fault repair mode,this paper puts forward repair efficiency improvement method based Lean Six Sigma management.The results show that the repair time is reduced by improving the comprehensive quality of the fault repair personnel and improving the repair vehicles and spare parts based on 5S management.Through the Lean Six Sigma management to optimize the repair process,and avoid repeated repair work orders,strengthen marketing,schedule and other fault repair information interaction between the relevant departments,the waiting time in the process of fault repair is reduced.Finally,according to the shortage of the existing distribution network fault repair mode,this paper puts forward a method to improve the repair efficiency based on the analysis software of fault repair,and the stagnation point location optimization and fault location process are explained by an example.The results show that the optimal location model of distribution network based on the multi facility location problem can be used to find the stagnation point with the minimum weighted average distance under the influenceof multiple factors,the repair time is shortened.The distribution network fault location method based on matrix algorithm calculated the physical structure of distribution network by matrix.This method can precisely locate the fault section in the case of single power supply or power supply.The fault finding time is saved,and the repair efficiency is improved.
