China is a great agricultural country with extensive region. The same kind of crops has obvious time difference in agricultural production in difference regions. Land management is decentralized because of the implementation of the household contract responsibility system and rural economic level is backward.It is impossible for every peasant household to buy large farm machinery. So trans-regional operations with Chinese characteristics, which is an unique farm machinery social service, appeared in our country. There are two cases of farm machinery scheduling and allocating. In order to seek more economic interests, machinery owners select some farmland according to their own preferences independently.Farm machinery management department issues farm machinery demand information, which is provided by three-level branch of farm machinery management department. While these demand information is macroscopic farmland information without specific scheduling and allocating schemes.Machinery owners schedule and allocate farm machinery by experience.How to select scheduling paths and farmland for obtaining the maximum profits is difficult to make decision. When emergent events, such as bad weather,happen in harvest time, farm machinery management department will organize farm machinery rapidly for completing the tasks of farmland with limited time in order to reduce losses.How to schedule and allocate farm machinery to complete emergency tasks,is also a difficult problem to solve for farm machinery management department.The trans-regional operations of farm machinery is a Chinese-Featured operation mode. There are few relevant studies on farm machinery scheduling and allocating in foreign literature. So there is a great realistic and theoretical significance to research on farm machinery scheduling and allocating problelm.According to farmland and farm machinery information, it is mainly research on two cases of farm machinery scheduling and allocating strategies and its optimization with the targets of supplying the optimum farm machinery scheduling and allocating scheme for machinery owners and farm machinery management department. The main achievements are listed in the following.1. Two cases of farm machinery scheduling and allocating mode are summaried by analyzing the current situation of farm machinery scheduling and allocating in China. The first one is farm machinery scheduling and allocating mode based on machinery owners'selection (Mode 1). Machinery owners select some farmland and obtain feasible scheduling and allocating scheme by scheduling and allocating strategies proposed in the dissertation.Mode 1 can supply feasible scheme without blind and improve the income of machinery owners.The second one is emergency scheduling and allocating managed by farm machinery management department (Mode 2). The emergent scheduling and allocating when natural disasters, such as rainstorm will soon happen, farm machinery management department can obtain scientific scheduling and allocating schemes to decrease losses and complete the tasks of emergent scheduling and allocating according to the strategies proposed in the dissertation.2. The scheduling and allocating income model with the goal of high-income and low-cost is established in Mode 1. Then the concept of parallel tasks is defined, judgment of parallel tasks, generation of scheduling path graph with heuristic information and establishment of combined scheduling and allocating rules are studied in the dissertation. Multi-machinery simultaneous scheduling and allocating algorithm and scheduling and allocating in demand algorithm are proposed according to the characteristic of multi-machinery and multi-point operation. Scheduling and allocating strategies of parallel tasks are improved and farm machinery scheduling and allocating based on heuristic rules is put forward. That is to realize the optimization of farm machinery scheduling and allocating by judgment of parallel tasks, generation of scheduling path graph with heuristic information and design of scheduling and allocating rules of parallel tasks.3. The priority rules in farm machinery emergency scheduling and allocating are established,the emergency scheduling and allocating algorithm with priority rules is proposed according to the goal of completing the farmland tasks in limited time and low scheduling costs in mode 2 The game theory is firstly applied on the research of farm machinery scheduling and allocating by considering the competition and conflicts of farm machinery among stricken farmland.The emergency scheduling and allocating model with non-cooperative game theory is established, and the emergency scheduling and allocating algorithm based on priority rules is proposed in the dissertation.4. Scheduling and allocating algorithms proposed in the dissertation are evaluated at the aspects of scheduling and allocating income, scheduling and allocating distance, waiting time and input-output ratio and some scheduling and allocating schemes are obtained.In order to supply more suitable decision basis for machinery owners, comprehensive evaluation model of scheduling and allocating scheme is proposed by improved Analsis Hierarchy Process in the dissertation. Farm machinery scheduling and allocating strategies and scheme evaluation are verified and analyzed by experiment in detail in the dissertation. The results show in the following. (1) The scheduling and allocating scheme with the maximum comprehensive evaluation value is always obtained from scheduling and allocating algorithm based on heuristic rules. (2) The feasibility and validity of farm machinery scheduling and allocating algorithm based on heuristic rules are further verified at the aspects of parallel task, amount of farmland and farm machinery demand. (3) The emergency scheduling and allocating scheme obtained by the algorithm with non-cooperative game theory is superior to the algorithm based on priority rules.To sum up, the first systematic study on the theories and methods of farm machinery scheduling and allocating is carried out in this dissertation. It is innovative and can slove the technical issues that has long been perplexing farm machinery scheduling and allocating.This study has important practical significances and practical values to guide farm machinery scheduling and allocating , furthermore, it has the theoretical significance and reference value to research in other scheduling and allocating fields.
