There is an unbalanced development of agricultural mechanization with different area in our country.Due to the overall low level of informationization in agricultural,and some disadvantages,such as no scientific method of calculation,the lack of technology and the reliance on human experience in the traditional agricultural machinery scheduling,will cause a series of subsequent problems,for example,unreasonable agricultural machinery scheduling,untimely publish with the agricultural machinery resource of supply and demand and so on.Thereby it will restrict the development of modern agriculture.At present,the agricultural service organizations urge to solve the problem that achieve a scientific and rational agricultural scheduling.Secondly,the integration of information technology and agriculture has gradually entered a new stage. Some products based on the BeiDou satellite navigation system which is independently developed in China have formed,and have been widely used in forest fire prevention, marine fishery, electric power scheduling, transportation and other fields. The comprehensive construction of the BeiDou satellite navigation system and the vigorously implement of agricultural policy have provided an effective experience and technical support for the farm machinery scheduling.Agricultural machinery scheduling problem is essentially a multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem.The paper mainly analyze the problems related to the farm machinery cross-regional scheduling,combine the characteristic of the agricultural machinery scheduling and put forward a method of farm machinery cross-regional scheduling based on the genetic algorithm.Meanwhile,the paper complete the design of the farm machinery scheduling system combine the method with the BeiDou satellite navigation technology and GIS.The main contents are as follows:(1) The paper designs the assistant decision module of the farm machinery scheduling by analyzing the characteristics and the business processes of the farm machinery scheduling to filtrating the available farm machinery resources for scheduling.Due to the traditional decomposition method and global approach can not get the global optimal solution,in this paper, we use the modern heuristic global optimization method to solve the problem.Then,we put forward an improved genetic algorithm to solve the scheduling problems of farm machinery by comparing the existing vehicle scheduling algorithms to generate reasonable scheduling scheme.(2) Build a farm machinery scheduling model for achieve the optimization goals that minimize the cost of agricultural operations and the number of vehicle travel. In order to solve the scheduling problem of agricultural machinery,we propose a suitable chromosome coding, an improved route crossover operator and an improved self-adaptive genetic operator.It can effectively avoid the local optimum and achieve global convergence. Finally,it verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved algorithm by an example.(3) The paper design and implement the agricultural machinery scheduling system based on the established assistant decision model.It divide the system into three part,as vehicle terminal,communication networks and dispatch center.It describes the working process of the system and complete the design of the database.Besides,the paper accomplishes the design of information management module,agricultural machinery scheduling module and GIS function module based on the software functions system requirements and the improved genetic algorithm.
