In this paper, the effect of cultivated measures and ecological conditions on grain yield and quality (nutrient quality)of maize (zea mays L) kernel was studied, and a high yield and good quality cultivated model in maize production was set up.The results showed that the relationship between grain yield and content (protein,Lipid and starch) in maize kernel and plant density were quadratic curves (y=a1x+a2x2). N, P, K fertilizer affected the growth and development of plant and resulted in the yield and quality of maize were changed, and these influences were different among cultivars. Under the same density condition, the yield was higher and the quality was better in plant mode of one bare row with every four than that of plant on every row (normal) . when the sowing date was delayed the grain yield and the protein content was decreased, the lipid and the starch content were increased. The yield was increased and the quality was improved when the organic fertilizer was applied at the same conditions. The effect of different kind of plant growth helping matter on yield and quality was different when spraied at different stages. The lysinc (Lys) content was increased when the ABA spraied before tassel ling stage. The yield was increased and the quality was improved when EM (Effective microorganisms) spraied before flowering. The harm degree of drought stress was Flowering >Booting> Filling. The grain yield was decreased and effectivenutrient content was increased by the drought stress. Amino acid content was increased by the drought stress during filling stage, and the necessary amino acid content was decreased by the drought stress during Booting stage. The unsaturated fatty acid content was decreased and the saturated fatty acid content was increased by the drought stress. When the extinction coefficient (K) was lower, the population solar radiation condition was poor. Although the dry mass was higher, the economic coefficient was' lower, grain yield was not high, and the quality was poor. Under the high K value condition, although the solar radiation condition was improved, solar radiation was wasted because the plant density was lower, dry mass was not so high. Although economic coefficient was not too less, it was difficult to get both high yield and good quality in maize. Only under the optimum radiation condition of population, the solar energy could be fully utilized, and the grain yield was highest and the quality was best. The difference of geography was the synthetical reflection of ecological environment in different region, its effect on yield and quality was different among cultiuars. In definite range of latitude, the protein,, Lipid and starch content was higher in southern than in Northern. The results also showed that high yield and good quality was not opposed each other. So long as the ways of culture is proper, high yield and good quality can be obtained. Author's results showed, If the culture model for high yield and goodquality of maize established in this research is used, the high yield good quality and high benefit can be obtained.
