Experimental and clinical study of Dragon's Blood Mixture on promoting the healing of diabetic skin ulcersObjective:Observed Dragon's Blood Mixture made of Dragon's Blood added transdermal enhancers (Laurocapram, Azone) to promote wound healing effects of diabetic skin ulcers. Initial attempt to discuss Dragon's Blood Mixture in treatment of the mechanisms of diabetic skin ulcers. Provide experimental evidence for the development of new dosage forms and further explore and promote the use of Dragon's Blood Mixture in treatment of diabetic skin ulcers.Methods:1. Experimental Study:60 SD rats, male and female in half, establish diabetic ulcer model, insulin as the control drug, were randomly divided into the Dragon's Blood Mixture group, Dragon's Blood, insulin group, diabetic wound group, onrmal wound group,5 groups of 12. Dragon's Blood Mixture group was outside for the wound, Once a day, for 2 weeks; Dragon's Blood group with Dragon's Blood Capsule contents to be used outside the wound, Once a day, for 2 weeks; insulin group to external application of insulin diluent gauze, once a day, for 2 weeks; diabetic wound group, normal rats to traumatic wound exposed surface, without any treatment. Observed in each group wound area, wound healing rate and its effect on Smads protein.2. clinical study 96 patients with diabetic skin ulcers were randomly divided into the Dragon's Blood Mixture group 34 cases,Dragon's group34 cases,and insulin group 30 cases. Dragons Blood mixture were spreaded directly on the wound of Dragon's Blood Mixture group, Once a day; for two weeks; Dragon's Blood were spreaded on the wound of Dragon's Blood group, Once a day, for two weeks; insulin group to external application of insulin diluent gauze, once a day, for 2 weeks Observed in each group wound healing time, the group wound area, wound healing rate, recovery rate.Results:1. experimental study the 4th,8th,12th,15th day:wound area of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and onrmal wound group have no significant difference (P>0.05), wound area of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and onrmal wound group were smaller than the diabetic wound group,Dragon's Blood group,insulin group (P<0.05), wound area of Dragon's Blood group are less than the diabetic wound group,insulin group (P<0.05), the wound area of insulin group is less than diabetic wound group (P<0.05)。the 4th,8th,12th,15th day:the healing rate of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and onrmal wound group have no significant difference (P>0.05); the healing rate of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and onrmal wound group was higher than the diabetic wound group,Dragon's Blood group,insulin group (P<0.05), the healing rate of Dragon's Blood group was higher than insulin group and diabetic control group (P<0.05); Dragon's Blood Mixture group smad3, smad4 expression level lower than the Dragon's Blood, positive group and diabetic wound group (P<0.05), with no significant difference between the normal wound group (P>0.05).2. clinical study the recovery rate of Dragon's Blood Mixture group was higher than dragon's blood group (p<0.05), the recovery rate of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and dragon's blood group was higher than insulin group (p<0.05). The 7th,14th day, the average wound heal rate of Dragon's Blood Mixture group and dragon's blood group was higher than insulin group (p<0.05), wound healing time of Dragon's Blood Mixture group was shorter than Dragon's Blood group and insulin group (P<0.05), wound healing time of Dragon's Blood group was shorter than insulin group (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Dragon's Blood Mixture prepared by adding transdermal enhancers (Azone) in Dragon's Blood promote ulcer healing in diabetic rats is superior to Dragon's Blood group and the insulin group;2. Dragon's Blood Mixture promote healing diabetic skin ulcers significantly, excellent in Dragon's Blood group and insulin group3. Reducing Smad3, Smad4 is one of the Dragon's Blood Mixture in treatment of diabetic skin ulcers mechanisms.
