Main Pharmacodynamics And Mechanism Of FU LIU FANG Treating Uterine Leiomyoma

Foreword:Uterinemyoma is the most common benign tumor and one of the main reasons of hysterectomy. Western medicine for treating uterinemyoma without pointer operation has some side effects,so traditional Chinese medicine treating it has great advantages.Then it is necessary to research a new traditional Chinese medicine for uterinemyoma.FU LIU FANG is clinical experience side for treating uterinemyoma of YOU ZHAO LING professor. The study provides scientific basis for new traditional Chinese medicine and clinical.Objective:(1) Studying the main pharmacodynamics of FU LIU FANG through series of experiments.(2) Study the effective fuction and mechanism of FU LIU FANG treating uterine leiomyoma on the basis of rat uterinemyoma model.It provides experimental evidence for FU LIU FANG to treat uterinemyoma.Methods:(1) Take series of experiments to study the main pharmacodynamics of FU LIU FANG.(2) Make uterinemyoma rats by special ways, divide the rats into 6 groups; and abserve the rats after 28 days'medicine to research the effective fuction of FU LIU FANG:observe the uterine morphology of rats,and so on,research the expression of ER,PR and 17β-HSDImRNA.That is detecting the E2,P in serum and take immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization to observe ER,PR and 17β-HSDImRNA.RESULTS:(1) FU LIU FANG can change the uterine morphology of rats and mices, reduce the thickness of uterine smooth muscle,change the pathology of uterus, reduce E2,P in rat serum,regulate TNF-ain mice serum,change hemorheology of QI XU XUE YU model rats,have the fuction of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.(2) FU LIU FANG can reduce the expression of ER,PR and reduce the expression of 17β-HSDImRNA, which is relative to metabolism of estrogen.CONCLUSION:(1) FU LIU FANG has effctive fuction on uterine leiomyoma rats and mice,can improve hemorheology of QI XU XUE YU model rats, have the fuction of anti-inflammatory and analgesic,have the fuction of anti-fatigue.(2) FU LIU FANG can reduce the expression of ER,PR and reduce the expression of 17β-HSDImRNA,which is relative to metabolism of estrogen.This may be one of the mechanisms of FU LIU FANG treating uterine leiomyoma.
