ObjectiveUterine leiomnyoma is the most common gynecologic benign tumor.The case for the disease is unknown.At present,it is widely believed that uterine leiomyoma is.Ovarian hormone-dependent tumor.Its growth is related to endocrine hormones such as estrogen,progesterone prolactin and it is mediated by local multi-peptide growth factor.But hormone therapy or the use of hormone receptor regulator agent can not cure uterine leiomyoma cumpletely.So it points out that other factors are related to the formation of uterine leiomyoma.With the method of immune histochemistry(streptobacteria anti organism protein-peroxidase staining),we examine the expression of sulfotransferases1A1,estrogen receptorα,estrogen receptorβand progesterone receptor in uterine leiomyoma.MethodCollect uterine leiomyoma specimen of 30 cases,normal myometrium tissues which are over 2cm far away the wrapping mambrane of myoma 30 cases,and normal myometrium tissue of 10 cases.exam the expression of sulfotransferases1A1,estrogen receptorα,estrogen receptorβand progesterone receptor in uterine leiomyoma tissue,normal myometrium out of uerine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue with the method of immune histochemistry(streptobacteria anti organism protein-peroxidase staining).Using spss 11.0 software to do statistic analysis,using Test x~2 to compare the positive ratios and spearman analyse the coefficient corrlation.Result1.The expression of sulfotransferases1A1(SULT1A1)protein:compare the expression in uterine leiomyoma tissue.in uerine leiomyoma tissue:20 of 30 cases express positively.in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane of myoma:27 of 30 cases express positively.In normal myometrium tissue:10 of 10 cases express positively.The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane tissue show the significient difference(x~2=4.81 P=0.037).The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue show the significient difference(x~2=4.44 P =0.045).2.The expression of estrogen receptorα(ERα)protein:compare the expression in uterine leiomyoma tissue,in uerine leiomyoma tissue:29 of 30 cases express positively,in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane of myoma:21 of 30 cases express positively.In normal myometrium tissue:7 of 10 cases express positively.The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane tissue show the significient difference(x~2=7.68 P=0.008).The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue show the significient difference(x~2=5.92 P =0.018).3.The expression of estrogen receptorβ(ERβ)protein:compare the expression in uterine leiomyoma tissue,in uerine leiomyoma tissue:20 of 30 cases express positively,in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane of myoma:10 of 30 cases express positively.In normal myometrium tissue:3 of 10 cases express positively.The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane tissue show the significient difference(x~2=6.67 P=0.010).The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue show the significient difference(x~2=4.12 P =0.042).4.The expression of progesterone receptor(PR)protein:compare the expression in uterine leiomyoma tissue.in uerine leiomyoma tissue:28 of 30 cases express positively.in normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane of myoma:21 of 30 cases express positively.In normal myometrium tissue:6 of 10 cases express positively.The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane tissue show the significient difference(x~2=5054 P=0.019).The positive ratios between uterine leiomyoma tissue and normal myometrium tissue show the significient difference(x~2=6.53 P =0.012).5.The correlative expression of SULT1A1 and ERαin uterine leiomyoma tissue:the rank correlation coefficient r=-0.827(P=0.001).show SULT1A1 and ERαsignificantly negative correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.6.The correlative expressionn of SULT1A1 and ERβin uterine leiomyoma tissue:the rank correlation coefficient r=0.192(P=0.309).show SULT1A1 and ERβno correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.7.The correlative expressiorm of SULT1A1 and PR in uterine leiomyoma tissue: the rank correlation coefficient r=-0.493(P=0.006).show SULT1A1 and PR significantly negative correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.8.The correlative expressionn of ERβand ERβin uterine leiomyoma tissue: the rank correlation coefficient r=-0.125,(P=0.510)。.show ERαand ERβno correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.9.The correlative expressionn of ERαand PR in uterine leiomyoma tissue:the rank correlation coefficient r=0.718(P =0.001)。.show ERαand PR positive correlation relationship in uterine leiomyoma tissue.10.The correlative expressionn of ERβand PR in uterine leiomyoma tissue: the rank correlation coefficient r=0.074(P=0.069)。.show ERβand PR no correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.Conclusion1.Sulfotransferases1A1 and Estrogen receptorα,βexpress in uterine leiomyoma tissue,normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping mambrane tissue and normal myometrium tissue.2.Estrogen receptorα,estrogen receptorβand progesterone receptor express more in tissue,but sulfotransferases1A1 express more in normal myometrium tissue. Sulfotransferases1A1 maybe play a suppression role in uterine myoma,3.Significient correlation in the expression of sulfotransferases1A1 and estrogen receptorα,PR.in uterine myoma,sulfotransferases1A1 and estrogen receptorβno correlated in uterine leiomyomatissue.4.Correlation in the expression of ERαand PR positive correlation relationship in uterine leiomyoma tissue,ERβand PR no correlated in uterine leiomyoma tissue.5.The expression of sulfotransferases1A1,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor is related to the invasion of uterine leiomyoma.
