Object:The primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynaecological disease in our country. The incidence of it in young women is as high as 60%-70%, of which greatly influence the young women's nomal life.Based on cross-sectional investigation of female in university and outpatient service department, this thesis analyzes the influence factors for the primary dysmenorrhea, such as grow environment, catamenia situation, personality characteristic, psychology, etc.Furthermore,we discuss the characteristic of the TCM constitution of the primary dysmenorrheal, and provide a reference to establish the corresponding preventive health care in the clinic.Method:Young women in Hong Kong and Guangdong were invited, giving the Chinese constitution standardized questionnaire made by Association of Chinese medicine and homemade related factors questionnaire to evaluate. All data were double inputted by EpiData3.1 and analysised by SPSS13.0. The data between groups were analysised with One-way ANOVA and P< 0.05 as the test with significant difference. Results:Fistly, the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of primary dysmenorrhea study population:①Firstly, the result of this investigation showed that the total prevalence rate of the primary dysmenorrhea among the observers was 84.49%.②In all relevant factors, there were significant differences in family history, sleeping condition, mood and movement, eating cold between dysmenorrhea population and nomal population, however,in eating sweet, spicy and so has no significant difference.③The logistic regression models of related factors for the primary dysmenorrheal had statistical significance (P<0.01).In the model, the Movement and age of menarche were negatively correlated with the primary dysmenorrhea, while BMI, mood, living habits, history of weight loss were positively correlated.Secondly, the distribution characteristic of TCM constitution in the study population:①The proportion of normal constitution is 53%,while biased constitution is 47%.In order of decreasing percentage, the range was qi deficiency constitution,qi depression constitution, dampness-heat constitution, yang deficiency constitution, yin deficiency constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, blood stasis constitution, the specific endowment constitution.②In the non-dysmenorrhea group, the proportion of normal constitution is 56.7%,while biased constitution is 43.3%;In the dysmenorrheal group, the proportion of normal constitution is 52.3%, while biased constitution is 47.7%.There are no significant difference among every constitutions. In order of decreasing percentage, the range was qi deficiency constitution, qi depression constitution, yang deficiency constitution, dampness-heat constitution, yin deficiency constitution, phlegm-dampness constitution, blood stasis constitution, the specific endowment constitution.③In the non-dysmenorrhea group,80.3% were single constitution,19.7% were multiple constitution. In the dysmenorrheal group,69.8% were single constitution,30.2% were multiple constitution. There are significant difference in different constitution between non-dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrheal group. Thirdly, the correlation between TCM constitutions and the primary dysmenorrheal:the logistic regression models of TCM constructons and the primary dysmenorrheal had statistical significance (P<0.01).In the model, the blood stasis constitution was negatively correlated with the primary dysmenorrhea, while nomal constitution, qi depression constitution, yang deficiency constitution, yin deficiency constitution were positively correlated. However, the study population confined to a single area (a female college students) and out-patients with dysmenorrhea, which is not completely random sampling. As the control group is too small (157 people, accounting for 15.51% surveyed), may cause serious bias in statistical results. And the blood stasis in the study population is very small(106 people, accounting for 10.5% surveyed),moreover, the OR=0.972 close to l.As a result,we shold further expand the sample size to discussion. In order of decreasing OR values, the range was qi depression constitution, nomal constitution, yang deficiency constitution, yin deficiency constitution. Conclusion:Firstly, we proved the important of TCM constitution in the primary dysmenorrheal, which was helpful for us to prevent and intervent the primary dysmenorrheal. Secondly, most of dysmenorrheal people have more than 2 constitutions.Thirdly, item analysis indicated some related factors to the primary dysmenorrheal, which will provide powerful evidence for the clinical interfere.
