Theory And Cl Inical Research On Treatment Of Zhenwu Decoction On Chronic Glomerulonephr Itis Due To Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang

ObjectiveTo study the curative effect of Zhen wutong Decoction on chronic glomerulonnephritis. We observed systematieally eurative effeet of preventing and treating chronic glomerulonnephritis by modified Zhenwu decoction through clinical researehes. We inquired into meehanism of traditional Chinese medieine on chronic glomerulonnephritis and meehanism of modified Zhenwu decoction on preventing and treating chronic glomerulonnephritis.Methods:The Patient are from the renal internal department of the first hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.60cases are divided into2groups at random. The contol group are given regular drugs, contolling high blood pressure use angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (Like Captopril12.5or25mg one time8h per time), angiotensin receptor antagon (like Losartan5o or loomg quotidie, Ca2+channel blocker(Nifedipine5-15mg one time three times a day), Precaution infection, Prevention Disturbance of a Water-Electrolyte and cid-base balance. The experiment groups are given zhenwu soup and western medcine as the control group.The course of treatment is9o days. Statistical processing and analysis were conducted of both the clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the major laboratory indicators.Results:(1)The60case were lined with slected standards,29cases were male and the other were female. The two groups were no significant differencs in ages, gender, course of disease, the class of pathogenetic condition degree systom points.(2) Comparing comprehend therapeutic effect, The total effective rate of experiment group was86.7percents(comprise of10cases were covery, 10cases excellent utility6cases4cases invalid),The total effective rate of contol group was56.7percents (comprise of4cases were covery,6cases excellent utility7cases13cases invalid), The effective rate of two groups have signifcant difference. The experiment group surpassed the contol group in clinical symptom like swollen, chilly, lack of power etc.(3) Uria red blood cell,24hours urine protein blood, sero-albuminous, urea nitrogen and scr had significant improvement comparing prior treatment and the contol group.The coniol group had obviously improvement in Uria red blood cell, but the other laboratory examination had no manifest efficient.GonclusionThe zhenwu soup improved symptoms of chronic brightic patients deferring development of chronic brightic, egulating glomerular filtration function, protecting nephron and defering paheogenetic conditon development. It was superiotity that the chinese medicine treated chronic brightic.
