Ea Timing To Reduce The Study Of The Mechanism Of Experimental Diabetic Rats

Diabetes mellitus belong s to Xiaoke in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). There are tow types: typel and type2 diabetes in modern medicine. The experimental study of the effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion are one of the traditional therapeutic method of TCM. The experimental study of the effect of Acupuncture on the blood glucose and blood-lipid in diabetic rats. Objective: Deficiency of both vital energy the most common type of symptoms and signs in type2 diabetes mellitus. Many researches have been made on NIDDM in the realm of TCM up till now. but the effectual method have not been found with the modern medical theory and methods, our study will prove the mechanism of Acupuncture decrease blood glucose and blood-lipid, ameliorate DM symptoms so as to guard against and treat the blood vessel complication from the experimental point of view.Method: We imitated the model rats of DM induced by injecting (Streptozotocin, STZ) into abdominal cavity by SOmg/kg. Apart from the control group all the model rats were divided into four groups at random, namely the treatment before meal group (TBM group) , treatment after meal group(TAM group), random treatment group , model group. "Zusanli" "Sanyinjiao" "Shenshu" "Pishu", We measured weight and water intake to observe the therapeutic effects ,tested blood glucose ,blood-lipid(TC, TH, LDL-C, HDL-C), expression of IR in liver , expression of TNF- a in liver. Result:1. Electro-acupuncture could strikingly decrease the water intake of diabetic rats. There were significant difference between each treatment group and control group. TAM group has difference compared with TBM group and random treatment group(P < O.OlorP < 0.05); the weight of all treatment group increased in different degree. After electro-acupuncture treatment ,TAM group's weight increased obviously in all treatment groups.( P<0.01); electro-acupuncture could decrease the blood glucose of diabetic rats. TAM group had distinct difference compared with random treatment group (P< 0.05), also with TBM group (P<0.01).2. Electro-acupuncture could decrease blood lipid and AI. TG, TC, LDL of each treatment group have decrease and HDL increase compared with model group.( P<0.01,P<0.05) . TAM group has difference compared with TBMgroup and random group according to decrease of TG, TC, LDL(P<0.01). AI of TAM treatment group had decreased distinctly compared with random treatment group. There is no difference compared with TBM.3. Liver cell of each treatment group could express IR and have difference compared with model (P<0.01,P<0.05), TAM group had notable difference compared with TBM group(P<0.01).4. Electro-acupuncture could suppress expression of TNF- a . Liver cell of each treatment group could express TNF- a . TNF- a expression of TAM group is lower than that of random group and TBM group (P<0.01,P<0.05).5. Electro-acupuncture could decrease damage of diabetic rat's pancreas and prevent liver pathological change.Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture could improve the diabetic rats symptoms,decrease glucose, blood-lipid, increase IR expression and decrease TNF- aexpression.
