Purpose: This paper mainly studies the effect of JieDuTongLuoTiao GanFang on glucose and lipid metabolism in spontaneous type 2 diabetic Zucker Diabetes Fat rats,observation pesticide effect for clinical medication compared with the western medicine metformin hydrochloride tablets to provide the basis evidence for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and discussed the theory of JieDuTongLuo, In order to provide new ideas for prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method: This topic is the animal experiments, the spontaneous type 2 diabetic ZDF rats as the research object, will become the ZDF rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus animal model according to the blood glucose range randomly divided into three groups: model group, western medicine group(metformin), JDTLTGF large dose group, JDTLTGF middle dose group and JDTLTGF small dose group group, ZL rats as the blank control group,take orally treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment observed effect of JDTLTGF Recipe on glucose and lipid metabolism in ZDF rats, detect the indicators are as follows: 1.Effect of JDTLTGF on ZDF rats body weight; 2.Effect of JDTLTGF on OGTT in ZDF rats; 3.Effect of JDTLTGF on serum protein glycation in ZDF rats; 4, Effect of JDTLTGF on blood lipid of ZDF rats. Use of SPSS19 software to the data for statistical analysis.Result: 1, after 4 weeks of treatment, JDTLTGF in high dose group could improve the body mass of ZDF rats, that certain the effect of JDTLTGF in reducing body mass. 2, through 4 weeks tolerance, For each group of glucose tolerance test in ZDF rats in fourth weeks, indicating obvious hypoglycemic effect of middle dose group, have a role in the treatment of spontaneous type 2 diabetes rats, small dose group of rat fasting blood glucose control has certain effect, large dose group compared with the model group, 120 minutes had statistical significance. Dose group hypoglycemic strength JDTLTGF in better than the western medicine group(metformin group). 3, the treatment group compared with the model group, the glycosylated serum protein were decreased, there were significant differences in the dose group compared with the model group, the middle dose group showed improvement of ZDF rats blood glucose in nearly 1 months. 4, 4 weeks of treatment, serum TC, TG of the rats in model group were higher than those innormal rats, JDTLTGF reduce the role of lipids, including high dose have obvious effect of lowering blood lipids.Conclusion: Based on the spontaneous type 2 diabetic animal model to test and Pharmacodynamics Study, proved that JDTLTGF can regulate blood glucose level, improve blood lipid, reduce bodyweight.
