Monte Carlo Method At Close Range In The Inter-organizational Applications In Tumor Treatment Planning

Based on the analysis for the requests,the characteristics of 125I Seed,and the tumor brachtherapy,we introduces a Monte Carlo method to calculate the dose field of the Seed,in this paper. The paper is organized as follows:First of all,we introduce some basic principle,the concept of tumor therapy,and the Treatment Planning System,then we review the history of the development of IPS.Secondly,the characteristics of 125I Seed and the basic biologic principle of the Seed,are presented in chapter two.Thirdly,the Monte Carlo method of flux calculation for the 125I Seed and the tumor brachtherapy is introduced comprehensively in chapter three. We introduce a way to calculation the flux,volume flux especially. According to the special medical requirment the history-reconstruct technique and correlation-estimating technique in flux calculation were developed. At last,some problems,such as the translating technique from flux field to dose field,the calculation of multi-seed,and the calculation of no-standard seed are discussed in chapter four.
