Analysis Of Immune-related Gene Expression Changes In Tuberculosis And Lung Cancer Patients

Object To study the difference in gene expression between the fluid ofhuman tuberculous pleurisy and their PMBC and pleura fluid of the heart failurepatients. Methods cDNA microarray was used to detect the mRNA from both tuberculouspleurisy and their PMBC and the pleura fluid of heart failure patients. ResultsAmong 626 immunogenesis associated genes there were 86 difference, of which 53expressed higher and 33 lower in tuberculous pleurisy than the control. ConclusionscDNA microarray technology is a reliable and effective tool in the study ofimmunogenesis genes.
