| Restenosis after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA ) is a key of the interventional treating prognosis of coronary heart disease. We research this problem by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM ) method of treating wound .Objective1 To creat a new model rabbit of atherosclerostic restenosis after PTA , which aims at non-arteriographic with non-PTA first stenosis . 2 To do comparing research of Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoction ( Qi-boosting blood-quickening toxin-resolving Decoction ) , which come from wound-treating theory of TCM ,and Xuefuzhuyu Capsule (Xuefuzhuyu Decoction , its main efficacy : quicken blood and transform stasis ) preventing and treating rabbit' s experimental restenosis after PTA . Methods1 Creat a new model rabbit of atherosclerostic restenosis after PTA , which aims at nonarteriographic with non-PTA first stenosis . (1) Use Japanese white rabbits . The rabbits has been divided into 3 groups :normal , sham and model. Model group : Both of the common carotid arteries has been stimulated by electric current .Then the models has been fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks. Sham group : The making-methods has been the same with the model group without electric stimulation. And normal group has been without any model-making or sham-making factors. Model group' s common carotid arteries have been researched at 3 days , 1 week , 3 weeks and 6 weeks after the electric stimulation pathological ly and B-ultrasonically . (2) 8 weeks after the operation , the model animals which common carotid arteries had been stenosis has been selected by B-ultrasonic . Then got the PTA operation to be model restnosis . 2 The PTA animals compared with normal and sham groups have been divided into 4 groups :control group , Western medicine group (pravastatin and aspirin ), TCM A group ( Xuefuzhuyu Capsule ) , TCM B group ( Yiqihuoxuejiedu Decoct ion).The animals have been fed by treating fodder respectively for 4 weeks . Then examinations , at 1 and 3 day(s ),1 and 4 week (s ) after PTA , have been done . The blood and the common carotid arteries of groups have been researched biochemically pathologically , and immuno histochemically , ex . 〤holesterol and triglyceride , CRP , ET-1 , NO , TGF- β , PDGF of blood ; ã„athological dyeing : HE ,-5-Masson , immuno-histochemical macrophage RAM11 and ct-SM-actin (SABC)ect .Then photo-analyzing and electromicroscope research . According to the results , analyse the effects of the medicines . Results1 The dynamic changes of the eletro-stimulating common carotid arteries : The status of the models' arteries after 1 week after the operation is thrombi-generated in the vessel ;hyperplastic , shed and partly internal-plastic-membrane-broken in tunica intima ; that minorly SMC' s (smooth muscle cell) nucleolus is edematous or disappeared in tunica media ; neutrophilinfi 11rated in tunica adventitia . The status beyond 3 weeks after the operation is obviously hyperplastic in tunica intima and 1 ipid-deposited under it , antrum-narrow , intimal and medial elastic tissue broke ,especially the wounded ; slightly thickened in tunica adventitia .6 weeks after PTA ,all the arteries are narrow and there are SMCs in tunica intima mainly .2 The relationship between pathology and B-ultrasonic : The arteries' internal diameter and thickness of tunica intima and tunica media got pathologically and B-ultrasonically have positive linear correlation (OR=0. 361, P<0. 05; OR=0. 526, P<0.01 ).The B-ultrasonic blot and pathologic straitness have significant correlation (OR=0. 796, P<0. 01 ).3 4 weeks after PTA pathologic research : Tunica intima has been thickened , hyperplastic , fat-depositted and intimal elastic layer has been broke in model and all the treating groups .All the treating groups have restrained the arteries' straitness and hyperplasy in tunica intima .
