Objective: To discuss the influence and clinical effect of detoxification, eliminating stasis and resolve phlegm recipe on C-reactive protein(CRP) levels in the patients with Unstable Angina Pectori(s UAP) in Coronary Heart Disease( CHD)( Phlegm and Blood Stasis and heat toxin type) .Method: 60 patients with UAP in CHD, according to the standard, were randomly divided into the treating group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients). The treating group was treated with western medicine and detoxification, eliminating stasis and resolve phlegm methods. The control group was only treated with western medicine. We observed the changes of the CRP levels between pre and post treatment and the changes of the electrocardiogram and the clinical syndrome scores between pre and post treatment in the two groups. Results: Results: After treatment the compare between two groups1. CRP : In treatment group, the CRP contents in serum are lower than in control group, there is significant difference between them(P< 0.01)2. The Angina Pectoris score: In treatment group, this score is lower than in control group, there is significant difference between them (P< 0.05); the total effective rate of angina pectoris syndrome, there is significant difference between the treatment group( 86.67%) and the control group(60.00%);the rate of reducing the nitroglycerne dosage: there is significant difference between the treatment group (83.33%) and the control group(60.00%), and is statistical significance(P< 0.05).3.NST and∑ST of ECG: There is no significant difference between them, and there is no statistical significance(P> 0.05); The total effective rate of the ECG: the comparison between the treating group(56.67%) and control group(53.33%) do not have statistical significance(P> 0.05).4.The score of symptoms: Compared to the control group, the score of symptoms are lower in treatment group, there is statistical significance between them(P< 0.01) 5. The score of coating on the tongue: Compared to the control group, the score of tongue coated are lower in the treatment group. There is statistical significance between them(P< 0.01)6.The therapeutic effects on diseases: There is no significant difference between the treatment group(66.67%) and the control group(53.33%) (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The recipe of detoxification, eliminating stasis and resolve phlegm can reduce the C-reactive protein levels in the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris in CHD( Phlegm and Blood Stasis and heat toxin type) . This approach has prompted anti-inflammatory, plaque stabilization role.2.The recipe of detoxification, eliminating stasis and resolve phlegm can relieve the syndrome of Unstable Angina Pectoris in CHD( Phlegm and Blood Stasis and heat toxin type) .
