Soup Weijing Xuanbi, Treatment Of The Acute Phase Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Clinical Research

Objective: To explore the clinical effects and partial mechanisms of the Weijingxuanbi soup on the moist heat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases type II Ain the acute episode phase.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was used cefrnetazaon, theophylinesustained-release tablets and mucosolvan,twice a day for 14 days, the treatment group was used the same as the control group,meanwhile adding Weijingxuanbi soup. Every day there was a score record about patient's symptoms and physical signs, and the patients were examined in pretherapy as well as post-treatmentResults: The significantly improved rate was 75% in the treatment group, which was more marked the control group and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05) .The treatment group was more marked the control group in improvement coughs gasp, expectorarion, body of the tongue and the tongue coating. Compared to the control group, the treatment group significantly decreased the content of leucocyte, interieukin-6, tumor necrosis factor a significantly reduced the blcicd and plasm viscosity, significantly unproved FVC, FEV1, FEV1%, PaO₂ and reduced the level ofPaCO₂.Conclusion: Weijingxuanbi soup had a better clinical effect and was helpful for patient's recovery and amelioration sympton.
