Colorectal Cancer Blood Stasis And Tumor Metastasis In Circulation Cut Toxic Side Anti-transfer Mechanism

Blood stasis syndrome is the common syndrome of all various tumors including large intestine cancer. Metastasis is the basic character of large intestine cancer as well as the familiar lethal cause. Reviewing the literature, we find that Huoxuehuayu is an important method of anti - tumor in TCM, while there are different opinions whether Huoxuehuayu can restrain metastasis or accelerate it. It has not been decided whether the method should be used in anti-malignant tumor and how to use it. Therefore, the key issue is the relation between blood stasis syndrome and the large intestine cancer. Lacking of clinical study, we have few proper ways to explain the metastasis of large intestine cancer and mechanism of anti-metastasis in Huoxuehuayu. For this reason, we have made an in-depth study on the theories of the relation between the blood stasis syndrome and metastasis of large intestine cancer and anti-metastasis of large intestine cancer.1. Objective1.1 Theoretical study: According to the academic thinking of the tutor, professor Huang Naijian, we put forward and explored the mechanism theoretically and experimentally by using a research approach to prevent the metastasis of large intestine cancer.1.2 Clinical research: According to the methods and principles of clinical epidemiology, we observed clinical cases of the patients suffering from large intestine cancer before operation to study the TCM syndrome patterns of large intestine cancer, the internal relations of blood stasis syndrome or other TCM syndromes with metastasis of large intestine cancer. We explored the clinic basis of"Yuduchuanshe"pathogenesis theory of metastasis by observing clinic TCM syndromes.1.3 Experimental study: We studied the molecule biology mechanism of blood stasis interfered with metastasis of large intestine cancer, and the mechanism of anti-metastasis by Huayujiedufang.2.
