Objective:HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction has the function of strengthening the body resistance, removing toxin and activating blood circulation. In this article, the effect of HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction on resisting the carcinoma of large intestine of human was observed and corresponding mechanism of antitumor transformation was discussed in molecular biological level.Method:Research objects are two kinds of carcinoma cell strains of human large intestine which are WiDr and SW837. Analyze the antitumor effect of the whole and the part of HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction with the methods of culture carcinoma cells in vitro , MMT, RT-PCR and ELISA. To reveal its mechanism of antitumor transformation from the level of MMP-7 gene expression and it's protein secretion.Result:1. HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction can restrain the growth of WiDr, SW837 cell strains obviously on 500μg/ml decoction concentration, and the effect has dependence on the decoction concentration.2. The inhibition of the whole and the part of HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction to WiDr and SW837 cell strains are: activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis group is superior than the whole decoction group, then is removing toxin substances group, the last is strengthening the body resistance group.3. The mRNA expression of matrilysin (MMP-7) gene which has a direct relationship with cancerometastasis can decline under the intervention of HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction.4. The protein secretion level of MMP-7 which has a direct relationship with cancerometastasis can decline under the intervention of HuangQi NvZhenZi Decoction.
