Yiqijiedu Treatment Of Pyloric Ligation The Carbuncle Myogenic Law (compound Qi Decoction) And Acetic Acid Gastric Ulcer In Rats Of The Experimental Study

AIM:This experiment is to research the mechanism of action of cure gastric ulcer by the method of supplement the vital energy and remove the toxic materials,diabetes carbuncle and promote tissue. By means of rats(contract gastric ulcer)'s mucosa tissue epidermal growth factor, EGF content and its influence of receptor expression,the change of serum NO-NOS content ,liquor gastricus output,ulcer index, the change of pepsase,etc. the aim is to research this kind of the mechanism of action. METHODS:1. To establish gastric ulcer of rats by composite qilian decoction affusing.2. pylorus ligation method to observe certain indices, such as the gastric output ,the change of gastric juice acidit y and pepsase activity3. acetic acid method to inspect and survey the content of mucosa tissue epidermal growth factor ,EGF and its receptor EGFR expression,serum NO_NOScontent,gastric mucosa thickening andthe ratio between epithelial cell and gland cavity. RESULTS:To study the effects of composite qilian decoction by detecting the rats, it can reduce eduction of gastric juice after pylorus ligation, debase gastric juice acidity, lessen the injury of gastric acidity ,depress pepsase activity reduce the ulcer area , reduce ulcer index ,enhance gastric mucosa regeneration thickening, increase the number of epithlial cell, addth ratio between epithelial cell and gland cavity, heighen serum NO-NOS content ,enhance the expression of mucisa tissue EGFR. CONCLUSIONS:1. Through hereinafter channel,the mechanism of action can come true: increase endogenous EGF content, increase EGFR expression in ulcer mucosa tissue, promote effective unite of EGF and EGFR, make gastric mucisa epithelial cell proliferation, promate granulation tissue bulid, increase serum NOS content and activity,NO build,improve ulcer mucosa and blood circulation of granulation tissue, improve mucosa self power of regenerationand repair, and the effects is ulcer healing, prevent recurrence of ulcer,advance the quality of ulcer healing.2. through EGF NO regulate gastric acidity secretion ,debase gastric juice acidity and pepsase acivity, lighten mucisa injury,add mucosa barrier action.
