Objective: To evaluate the curative effectiveness and safety of the treatment of CPHD during acute period along with peripheral edema by the method of "dispersing the lung-qi and relieving asthma , warming Yang to induce diuresis", through multi-center and comparative clinical experiment. Also to observe the effect of this research on ADH in endocrine factor. Meanwhile , attempting to reveal certain mechanism of this method on edema of CPHD during acute period. Methods: The patients suffering from CPHD during acute period and syndrome differentiation for obstruction of lung-qi because of phlegm stagnating in lung are randomly divided into treatment group (receiving comprehensive treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine) and control group (receiving conventional treatment of Western Medicine), based on the above groups to observe all the patients with peripheral edema comparatively.
