General Anesthesia With Beating Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting In Patients With Stress Response, Changes In Hemodynamics And Myocardial Enzymes

Program â… : Effects of different anesthetic techniques on perioperative stress response and hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graftingObjectiveTo compare the effect of different anesthetic techniques on the stress response and hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).MethodsFifty four ASA â…¡ â…¢ patients undergoing OPCABG were randomly divided into three groups: propofol TCI (group â… ), isoflurane group (group â…¡) and TCI propofol plus isoflurane inhalation (group â…¢). Anesthesia was induced with same method in three groups and maintained with different anesthetic techniques.
