Program â… : Effects of different anesthetic techniques on perioperative stress response and hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graftingObjectiveTo compare the effect of different anesthetic techniques on the stress response and hemodynamic stability in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).MethodsFifty four ASA â…¡ â…¢ patients undergoing OPCABG were randomly divided into three groups: propofol TCI (group â… ), isoflurane group (group â…¡) and TCI propofol plus isoflurane inhalation (group â…¢). Anesthesia was induced with same method in three groups and maintained with different anesthetic techniques. MAP and HR were recorded before operation (T0), after the incision (T1), after thoracotomy (T2), at the end of operation (T3). Serial blood samples were taken T0 , T2, T3, and at 18 h after operation (T4) for the measurements of concentrations of blood glucose, plasma epinephine, serum cortisol, ACTH and IL-6.ResultsThe HR in group â…¡ was significantly higher than that in group â…  or â…¢ at T1 , T2, T3( P<0.05 ). The concentrations of glucose, epinephrine, ACTH,...
