traditional acupuncture cure,especially research acupuncture mechanism ofⅣmetamorphosis through experiment study,and open another door for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the sort as soon as they are studied by using modern experimental means.Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncture on the models ofⅣmetamorphosis in guinea pigs,and explore its action mechanism.Methods:1.Establishment ofⅣallergic skin disease of guinea pigs model,and observe strong and weak of guinea pigs inflammation reaction in acupuncture treatment.guinea pigs feed one suitable week after buy it,45 healthy guinea pigs,male and female of half and half,15 of a group,3 stochastic groups,guinea pigs were unhaired at the abdominal part with an area of 3 cm~2 and allergized by pathology changes,compare groups prove no obvious changes for surface skin, genuine leather and cartilage,for model groups,surface skin hyperplasia,acanthosis, hyperkeratosis,parakeratosis,cells dropsy papillaryepidermiccells,at genuine leather surface,phlogosis infiltration,a large number lymphcell,a few neutrophilecell and fibroblast,express chronic eczema,for acupuncture groups surface skin mild hyperplasia, mild acanthosis,at genuine leather surface,mild phlogosis infiltration,among which lymphatitis monocyte neutrophilecel fibroblast,is obvious reduce than model groups.form pathology angle,it prove that acupuncture have batter effect forⅣallergic skin disease.3.The Th1/Th2 Cellular consistency change on acupuncture in the model the guinea pig trentment ofⅣallergic skin disease,the consistency of compare groups and acupuncture groups is very high for IL-2,There was statistical difference between model groups and compare groups,the consistency of compare groups and model groups is very high for TNF-α,There was statistical difference between model groups and compare groups,the consistency of compare groups and acupuncture groups is very low for IFN-γ,IL-10,There was statistical difference between model groups and compare groups,acupuncture groups,the consistency of compare groups and acupuncture groups is very high for IFN-γ,/IL-10,There was statistical difference between model groups and compare groups,acupuncture groups,the consistency of IL-10 is most low for acupuncture groups,to IL-2,IFN-γ,,IL-10 and TNF-α,the balance of Th1/Th2 cellular factor have notable transform.particularly decrease the ratio of IFN-γ,/IL-10.4.Observe CGRP consistency variation of blood plasma at the model the guinea pig trentment ofⅣallergic skin disease.There was
