Wind stroke is a kind of common and frequently occurring disease, which threatens human's health and life seriously. It has high rate in attack, death and cripple. Survivors will have sequelae at different level, and bring great affection on themselves, their families and society. So the research on wind stroke and method of preventing flow-down caused by cerebral ischemia has become one of the impoitant questions in medical community.Objective:For studying the mechanism of wind stroke, finding acupuncture action mechanism on protection brain tissue when acute cerebral ischemia caused cerebral damage, and discussing the treating fundamental by Jing Acupoints on the four limbs and the best acupoint locating plan, the study made the experiment research on the affection on CaM, ET and CGRP of big rat with acute cerebra] ischemia.Methods:Using Wistar rats to make an animal models with flow-down-damage caused by acute cerebral ischemea by blocking three arteries method. And took CaM, ET and CGRP as test index. The study observed the treatment of Wistar Rat with flow-down-damage caused by acute cerebral ischemia and the protection action on brain tissue through Electro-needling Jing Acupoints on forelegs, hind legs and the four limbs. They also divided into the group of Jing Acupoint on forelegs with oral medicine, the group of Jing Acupoint on hind legs with oral medicine, Jing Acupoint on the four limbs with oral medicine and the group with western medicine.Results:The result is as follows: When the cerebral ischemia occurred the active CaM content inside cells of cerebral ischemia area rose obviously. After treatment with methods mentioned above the CaM content declined obviously. There was statistics significant difference (PO.05) among different groups. The treating effective of Electro-needlling groups with oral medicine was better than groups of Electro-needling by considering the average value of CaM content. When cerebral ischemia occurred, FT rose, and CGRP declined but there was no statistics significant. After needling there were no changes in the contents of ET and CGRP.Conclusion: The CaM content could be declined by Electro-needling Jing acupoint.It indicated that Electro-needling Jing acupoint could lighten brain cells damage by active CaM, then protect the nerve cells. There was the best effect in the gmup of Electroneedling Jing acupoint with oral medicine, and no signilicant difference among various Jing acupoints, which indicated that Electro-needling had coordination function and showed no difference with document report The change of the contents of ET and CGRP and rise of ET and decline of CGRP when cerebral ischemia occurring were no statistics significance though, but the result showed that they bad the trend of balance change so had some effect on cerebral ischemia. Nevertheless the Electro-needling did not change the balance obviously which might be related with the instantly effect of Electro-needling. So the further research on time effect should be made. And the result indicated that Jing acupoint on forelegs, hind legs and the four limbs had no difference.According to the experimental result. It was confirmed that Jing acpoint could be used to emergency treatment on wind stroke, and Jing acupoint on forelegs or hind legs could be Electro-needling independently. It was the same as the document report of ancient and modem time. Thereby it was verified further that classical theoiy of acupuncture had important guide affection on clinical practice.
