The study of the relativity on the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network and the psoriasis of different differential diagnosisIn this paper,the general situation of the study on NEI and psoriasis both western and TCM were summarized,the background and the methods and results and the conclusion were introduced and the discussions were done.According to the summarizing of the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network both western and TCM and the headway of the study on psoriasis of western and the headway of the psoriasis study on NEI and the headway of the study on psoriasis of TCM and the study on psoriasis of blood position of TCM,the author considered that it takes very impotent practical meaning in elevating the recognizing the essence of different differential diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis through the study of the relativity on the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network and the psoriasis of different differential diagnosis.The methods of clinical and experimental study are separating the 63 patients into 3 groups by the criterion and the controls were set up samely.4 groups totally. The cortisol,endorphin,SP,IL-2,IL-8,Ih-10,TNF a,prostaglandinF₂ a of blood plasma and the SP and NGF of keratinocyte and the different epidermal layer were mensurated.The RIA methods to the cortisol,endorphin,SP,IL-2,IL-8,IL-10,TNF a,prostaglandinF₂ a were done.The immunohistochemistry to the SP and NGF of skin were done according to the illustrations.Determinations of the results were done using the analysis software of image.Analysises of Stat. were done using the SPSS and SAS software.Analysises of every group and groups and the datas in same group were done.The results manifested that the characteristic of the blood heat tape psoriasis that there are remarkable difference with normal level in cortisol,SP,IL-2,IL-10,TNF a,prostaglandinF₂ a and SP and NGF of skin lisions.The characteristic of the blood stasis tape psoriasis there are remarkable difference with normal in cortisol,endorphin, SP,TNF a and SP and NGF of skin lisions.The characteristic of the blood deficiency tape psoriasis there are remarkable difference with normal in cortisol,SP,TNF a and SP and NGF of skin lisions.Cortisol,SP,TNF a of plasma and SP and NGF of skin lisions are very important in every tapes.There are differences between tapes in IL-2,IL-10,endorphin,prostaglandinF_{2 and}SP and NGF of keratinocyte and the different epidermal layer.IL-2,IL-10 prostaglandinF_{2 and}is remarkable in blood heat tape,endorphin in blood stasis tape.Some relativities were also showed among the datas in one group.In conclusion,the study of the relativity on the neuro-en docrine-immunoregulatory network and the psoriasis of different differential diagnosis were done in multiple layers and angles in this study,by this study,the characteristic and difference of different tape and tapes and relativity of the datas in every tape were recognized and settled the foundation to microscopic recognition and deeper study to differential diagnosis on psoriasis.
