| PurposeThere have satisfying effects of treatment on endometriosis (EMS) by means of traditional Chinese medical theory - "Promoting blood circulation to dispei blood stasis, soften and resolve hard mass". The representative recipe of them is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) "FuTongNing".This thesis will discuss the curative mechanism of TCM FuTongNing from the immunological point of view by means of rat EMS model, and also take a further discussion on the integrated regulation on neuro-immuno-endocrinologicai network of EMS by "Promoting blood circulation to dispel blood stasis, soften and resolve hard mass".Method:Make experimental rat model by surgical implantation.All rats are randomly divided into 6 groups: FuTongNing with heavy-dosage group, FuTongNing with moderate-dosage group, FuTongNing with light-dosage group, Danazol control group, Model control group and Do-nothing control group.At the end of experiment, we will examine the following physiological indexes of rats in all of groups: The activity of nature killer cell (NK) in rat's spleen, the level of interleukin-6 hi peritoneal fluid, the change of T cell subcluster, immunoglobulin such as IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE and alexin C3 in serum, the level of interferon- Y (INF- Y) and CAias in serum. We will also observe the pathological changes of eutropic/ectropic endometrium and the morphologic changes of spleen and thymus.The statistic data are processed by variance analysis, the results are showed in Results:1. The activity of nature killer cell (NK) in rat's spleenThe activity of NK cell in model control group was remarkably lower than that in do-nothing control group, P<0.01. But it was obviously improved in FuTongNing with moderate-dosage group and Danazol control group, compared with that in model control group.2 The level of interleukin-6 in peritoneal fluidThe level of interleukin-6 in rat's peritoneal fluid was evidently increased after surgical implantation, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P<0.01. But it decreased to the normal level in all drug-used groups, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P>0.05.3. The change of T cell subclusterThere had obviously changes of CD3, CD4, CD8, CTVCDg in model control group, compared with that in do-nothing control group, PO.01. Besides CD4in Danazol control group and CDg in FuTongNing with light-dosage group, all of other groups had remarkable curative effect. Comparing with do-nothing control group, all indexes were P>0.05 after treatment. It is showed FuTongNing granule could significantly increase the ratio of CDs, CD4, and decrease the level of CDg, consequently increase the ratio of CD^CDg in EMS rat model. The treating effect was especially remarkable in FuTongNing with moderate-dosage group, P<0.01.4.1mmunoglobulin such as IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE and alexin Ca in serum were evidently higher in model control group, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P<0.01. The level of IgM also increased, P<0.05. All indexes of treated groups stood in a normal level, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P>0.05. But the level of IgE had not obviously changes in all groups.5. The level of interferon- Y in serum, which was extremely decreased in model rats, improved in all FuTongNing treated groups. The comparison between model control groups and do-nothing control group was P<0.05, and thecomparison drug treated group between do-nothing control group was P>0.05.6. The level of CA125 in serum was remarkably high after surgical implantation, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P<0 01. It became normal in all of the drug-treated groups, compared with that in do-nothing control group, P>0.05.7. Based on the changes of estrodiol. progesterone. T.-.
