Objective Construction the animal model and correlation study of cervical kyphosis. Method Postlaminectomy and other ways were used to construction cervical kyphosis animal model whose imaging were measured and whose terminal plate of vertebral body were bserved by TEM transmission electron microscope ), and imaging measurement and clinical study on cervical patients were fulfilled. Result 1 Experimental group goats formed kyphosis after operation 4~6 months. 2 kyphosis segments whose ROM in flexion and extension decreased obviously limited C2-C5.3 The ROM and stiffness of experimental goats less and bigger than those of normal group respectively. 4 damage cartilage cell and matrix were found in kyphosis goats .5 To provid data of cervical vertebral sagittal dynamic alignment; evaluating the compression of spinal cord using C/M ratio outweighed C/F ratio; deformity degree in cervical kyphosis and compressive degree in spinal cord had evident correlation to clinic manifestation.6 Summarizing clinncal feature of cervical kyphosis, individual therapeutic regimens were formulated, and patients got better curative effect. Conclusion 1 construction the cervical kyphosis animal model which suppling a effective study carrier.2 kyphosis segments became rigidity whose range was limited in C2-C5.3 ROM in cervical kyphosis decreased, bending stiffiness increasing, and articulation became rugosity.4 cartilage lamina termianlis growth of cervical kyphosis were inhibited and resulted to cervical body decurtation. 5 providing normal cervical vertebral sagittal dynamic alignment for cervical kyphosis,orthopaedic treatment; C/M ratio is one of the good clinical asaessment standard of diseases of spinal cord; Therapeutical intervention is needed while posterior tangent line angle exceeds 20 and C/M ratio lesses 0.338 and linical symptom appears. 6 Cervical kyphosis has typical clinical feature and personality treatmenting strategy is needed for each patient.
