1 Review:High-Frequency Ultrasonic Development and Application in Diagnosing Cutaneous Diseases and ScarPartⅠBasic Study on UHF Ultrasonic Imaging against Scar1 Development and Application of Ultrasonic Imaging Analytic System against ScarObjective:introduce the development and application of ultrasonic imaging analytic system against scar and discuss about the application value hereof. Methods:program with microsoft visual studio 2005,design and commission the program module and determine the nature based on the practical application. Results:the said system can significantly simplify the ultrasonic imaging diagnosis steps hereon, facilitate the saving and measure of ultrasonic imaging materials and can be an important part of scar diagnosis by the plastic surgery. Conclusions: this system has an active effect on improving the level of ultrasonic diagnosis against scar and established a foundation for the further study on ultrasonic image of scar.2 UHF Ultrasonic Observation on Hyperplastic Scar of Rabbit Subjects Objective:discuss the meaning and methods of UHF ultrasonic imaging on scar hyperplasia of rabbit subjects. Methods:observe the animal subjects suffering from hyperplastic scar with 14MHz and 50MHz UHF ultrasonic mainly on their shape and pathology for 9 months. Results: on the 90th day after the operation on the injured areas of rabbit ears, scar, red, hard and projecting the surround skin, has formed. The echoing of scar tissue is enhanced on UHF ultrasonic and can be measured quantitatively. On the said day,50MHz UHF ultrasonic observation shows that the scar is higher than the surrounding skin by(0.48±0.12)mm.69.4% injured skin has scar hyperplasia.Conclusions:14MHz and 50Mnz UHF ultrasonic can observe the scar hyperp]asia of rabbit ears more correctly and dynamically, where 50Mnz is better than 14Mnz in reflecting the scar situation of animals. They are timesaving, labor saving, convenient, immediate, economic and can be used to observe many points repetitively.3 Comparison and Positioning Study on Different UHF Ultrasonic and Pathological Section of Scar SampleObjective:appraise the value of UHF ultrasonic instruments with different frequency on diagnosing scar.Method:check and examine scar samples by UHF ultrasonic of 14MHz and 50MHz.The sound image of all scars will be recorded and compared with pathological section. Results:scar seems round or oval on the UHF ultrasonic cross section; the inside part of low echo structure consists of point low-echo.The said sound image and pathological section display that the low echo structure belongs to scar tissue. The discovery and resolution ratio of different UHF ultrasonic is different.Conclusions:50MHz ultrasonic image is much closer to the pathology image and can be used to observe the different levels of scar;14MHz is superior to 50MHz in generally checking scar. If high-quality sound image of scar can be supplied by combining 14MHz and 50MHz UHF ultrasonic images, the practical value is high and the said image will be greatly significant to the clinical practice.PartⅡUHF Ultrasonic Clinical Study on Scar1 Study on Normal Human Skin with 50MHz Ultrasonic Biomicroscope Sound ImageObjective:study the sound image of normal human skin. Methods:try to carry out sound image observation and ultrasonic thickness measurement with ultrasonic biomicroscope with 50 MHz probe on 7 different parts all over the body of 50 normal healthy volunteers. Results:the normal skin seems consisting of two parallel ferrets with strong echo, with wider medium-echo ferret gripped hereby in the middle. The measured skin thickness is 1.12±0.19mm for the back of hands and 2.61±0.61mm for the palms.Conclusions:50MHz ultrasonic biomicroscope can display the skin texture of normal people clearly and measure correctly;it applies repetitive multimetering and can save time and labor, conveniently and immediately.2 Study on 14MHz,50MHz UHF Ultrasonic Influence on Human Pathology ScarObjective:appraise the value of 14MHz and 50MHz UHF ultrasonic in imaging and diagnosing patients with pathologic scar. Methods:check the scar patients with 14MHz and 50Mnz UHF ultrasonic. The features of sound image of all scars will be recorded and the said image will be used for pathology study and clinical diagnosis.Results:14MHz and 50Mnz UHF ultrasonic can be used to examine the pathological scars of human beings, with no negative reaction.UHF ultrasonic display on scar is visible and clear and shows that scars are in low echo structure on the sound image and belongs to scar tissue according to pathological section. Conclusions:scar sound image combining 14MHz and 50MHz UHF ultrasonic is high quality,of certain practical application value and significance in guiding clinical practice, including some close to pathological diagnosis. It can be used as biopsy against scar.
