The malignant tumor is a serious disease to the human health. Its treatment methods still mainly depended upon radiotherapy, chemotherapeutics, brotherapy, laser fever, freezing and so on in the clinical treatment. These methods have certain limitation in the clinical practice. In the recent several dozens years, the ultrasonic wave is widely applied in the biology, the medicine domain, the ultrasonic thermotherapy in clinical more and more becomes one effective method to the treatment tumor. The ultrasonic energy is one kind of mechanical energy, the partial energies are organized to absorb transform into the heat energy when it disseminates in the organization, causes the organization temperature increment. Therefore the reduction ultrasonic treatment the side effect to the cancer also is one of pending research question.The main purpose of this article is analysis the casuse of ultrasonic probe head elevates temperature, each kind of transducer parameter to the temperature influence using the value simulation and the temperature with each kind of parameter visual picture. Causes the temperature incresement of spleen using the ultrasonic wave illumination, simultaneously withdraws the ultrasonic echo signal, the analysis temperature with the time relations, has carried on the quota analysis to the temperature with the time relations, obtain the temperature and the time visual picture. So this article has mainly done the following several aspect researches:(1) Construction different organization temperature measurement model, discusses each kind of organization model the good with bad points, found suitable the clinical the temperature measurement model.(2)On basis biology isotropism biological tissue's heat conductivity equation through the computer technology computation biological tissue's temperature distribution, and found out related quantity with the biological tissue temperature. (3) Using computer software analysis kinds of transducer parameter and biological parameter that is related with the thermotherapy temperature. And using computer software drawed direct-viewing mapping analysis temperature parameter how to carries on to the temperature.(4) Using the different frequency the ultrasonic wave illuminate, observating relations frequency with the organization elevate temperature and surveying the organization the temperature. Using the different dual-frequency illuminate, observating relations frequency with the organization elevate temperature and surveying the organization the temperature, comparing with two method conclusions.
