Study On The Dependability Of Varicocele Testicular Damage And Blood Amassment Syndrome As Well As Didangtang Intervention Mechanism

Objective: Providing the basis of theory and experiment for discussing and curing rat varicocele (VC) from blood amassment syndrome (BAS) through study of mechanism of action of Didangtang to rat VC testicular damage.Methods: Theoretical research: Elucidating the dependability of testicular damage of VC and BAS through carding cognition and connotation of BAS in successive dynasties pertinent literature. Empirical study: Male 48 Wistar puberty rats are divided into 36 for the model making group and 12 contrasts group at random. The model making group uses the method of Saypol etc. coping the rat VC testicular damage model, contrasts group free left kidney vein only, but no ligation. After 2 month, double testicles of 12 of taking suction from the model making group at random and all of contrasts group are dislodged entirely and compared path morphology's difference with two groups. Two sets rats are carried out an anesthesia by abdominal cavity, testicle tissues is unload so that pathological change is observed after 1 month.Results:From the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine, summarizing the pathomechanism of the VC testicular damage with "stagnating" and "heat"; thinking that the disease place of VC is sperm chamber, pathogenesis feature is stagnated heat interties, stagnating exceeds heat; drawing off the new idea of discussing and curing VC from BAS firstly. Using the method of blood stasis, the VC testicular damage model is copied. After intervention of Didangtang, which makes the damaged testicular weight increases, the pathological changes can improve obviously.Conclusion: BAS is the disease or syndrome of blood accumulating of in the lower energizer; its pathological features are stagnated heat interties. VC's disease place is sperm chamber, the pathological changes are more stagnating than heat, and would discuss and cure from BAS. The VC testicle harm model belongs to BAS, it can be used Didangtang treatment. The experiment confirmed that Didangtang could improve the pathological changes in VC testicular damage. Through the study on mechanism of VC testicular damage in rats with Didangtang, VC is provided the evidence of theoretical and experimental basis of discussing and curing from BAS.
