Purpose:Study the dependablity between the syndrome of blood stasis in five visceras in coronary heart disease(CHD)and the mol-markers in the blood hypercoagulabale state, and explain the regularity of different- iation of symptoms and signs in the syndrome of blood stasis in five visceras from the microcosmic hemisphere.Method: 150 test-receivers who were consistent with the diagnostic code were divided into the group of syndrome of blood stasis in heart, the group of syndrome of blood stasis in hepatic, the group of syndrome of blood stasis in lung, the group of syndrome of blood stasis in spleen and stomach,and the group of syndrome of blood stasis in kidney,otherwise the group of healthy matched control every group's member was 30.A11 of them were detected nitrogen monoxidum (NO)by using nitrate reductase, detected endothelin(ET) by radioimmunity, plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI),detected antithrombase III (AT- III)and tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) by substrate staining method, detected grana membrane protein (GMP-140) and von Wilebrand factor (vWF) by ELISA . All datas were processed with the SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software. Single-index measurement datas carried out variance analysis first ,then carried out t-analysis. We adopted Logistic regression analysis to study the dependability between type of syndrome and index. P<0.05 was thought to be statistical significance.Result: 1.TC index indicates B group> E group>D group>F group> C group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except A group and D group,B group and E group,B group and F group,C group and D group, C group and E group,C group and F group,D group and A group,E group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05). TG index indicates E group> B group>C group>F group>D group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except A group and D group,B group and C group have significant deviation (P<0.05) XDL-C index indicates B group> C group>F group>D group> E group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except B group and D group,D group and E group have significant deviation (P<0.05). HDL-C index indicates A group> D group>F group>B group> D group>E group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except B group and D group,B group and E group,C group and E group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .2. JET index indicates B group> C group>E group>F group> D group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except C group and E group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .NO index indicates A group> D group>E group>F group> B group>C group. Ampho- compared, the other groups except D group and E group,E group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05). Vwf(%) index indicates B group> C group>F group>E group> D group>A group. Ampho- compared, the other groups except E group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .3. GMP-140 index indicates B group> E group>C group>D group> F group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except C group and E group havesignificant deviation (P<0.05). 4.AT-IIIindex indicates A group> E group>D group>F group> C group>B group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except D group and E group,D group and F group,E group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .5.PAI-1 index indicates B group> F group>C group>E group> D group>A group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except A group and D group,C group and E group,C group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .tPA index indicates A group> D group>E group>F group> C group>B group. Ampho-compared, the other groups except D group and E group,E group and F group have significant deviation (P<0.05) .Conclusion: (1)There is some dependability between the syndrome of blood stasis in five visceras and TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,ET,NO,VWF,AT-III,GMP-140,t-PA,PAI. But different groups have some difference.(2) AT-III and PAI are Risk factors to diagnose blood stasis in heart. TC,TG,VWF have important significance to diagnose blood stasis in lung . ET,NO,VWF have important significance to diagnose blood stasis in spleen . LDL-C,HDL-C,VWF,AT-III,GMP-140 have important significance to diagnose blood stasis in liver. There is some dependability between the syndrome of blood stasis in five visceras and mol-markers in blood hypercoa-gulabale state. It has scientific and practical importance in the objective research ,and it provids theorical and practical foundation for the further microcosmic syndrome differentiation.
